Too expensive for what it offers and the service was not up to palace hotel standard.
☺ It was a beautiful hotel and very well located. I loved the housekeeping staff. They were so friendly and did an excellent job with the bedrooms. They were immaculate.
☹ The hotel lobby were very cold and not very hospitable. I really didn’t like the fact that we had to pay extra for the spa. It was very overpriced and when paying that much for a hotel- the spa should be included. That really disappointed me.
The Conseige were nice but seemed like they were rushed amd adviced us on good places to eat but I think they could have been a little more warm towards their clients.

Beautiful and charming hotel and excellent service!
☺ Overall had a wonderful experience. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful Christmas decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would have loved to stay longer.
☹ Couple of small issues. The room was too warm for comfort, and unfortunately, the TV wasn't working during our stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, the rest of the experience was fantastic.
