Another amazing stay
Thank you Teresa & Rheinallt For another amazing stay.. This was our second stay this year and once again it didn't disappoint. We were spoilt and given an upgrade on our room we thought the room we stayed in in September was stunning but this time we stayed in room 201 which was beautifully decorated and spacious with a room just for dressing in. The views are stunning of the bay.Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice and cooked to perfection, the scrambled eggs are a must to try. Would definately recommend to family and friends it's like a home from home. Nothing is to much trouble from our hosts lots of good chats and banter.

WOW. What a fantastic place with the friendliest owners I have ever met. Bedroom was pristine with the most comfortable beds and linen. Everything and more has been thought of. Sea view and just a stones throw from the Pier and Orm. Amazing breakfast served piping hot. Teresa and Rhein have fantastic knowledge of local and surrounding areas and towns. Nothing was too muchtrouble for either of them. Thank you both for your welcome and also for the card and chocolates for Ian's birthday. Just fabulous!
From the moment of arriving at the Min Y Don for the first time at the end of October 2025, we were made to feel so welcome and the hosts, Teresa and Rhein could not do enough for us and are so friendly. We were greeted and shown to our reserved parking space, our room was ready and we were taken up to the third floor….yes a few steps to climb, but so worth it. We were shown around the room and breakfast etc was explained to us. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean and spacious, and so cosy. The most amazing views from two windows made it light and I could have just sat watching this view for the whole time we were there. So many little touches sets this B&B apart from the rest,,,,mini-fridge with water and fresh milk, lots of tea and coffee choices, very comfy bed and super bedding, lots of storage and hanging space, robes and slippers, super shower, huge fluffy towels and lovely toiletries…I could go on! Breakfast was amazing, all cooked and provided to order,,,individual to you, even asked how I like my tea. It was all cooked to perfection and of good quality. The location is fantastic so close to the pier and the Main Street and seafront. Llandudno has always been a very special place to me and is our happy place, the Min Y Don just makes it more special and we will definitely go back there. Perched at the top of North Parade, opposite the pier, Min Y Don has beautiful sea views across Llandudno Bay. Stayed in room 201 which was stunning. Comfy bed and decent pillows. Everything you will need has been thought of from bathrobes and slippers to ear plugs (should the seagulls be a little bit noisy). A mini fridge with fresh milk and bottled water is always a big plus for me. Spotlessly clean, couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. Breakfast was one of the tastiest I have had. Lots of choice and dietary preferences well catered for. All excellent quality and perfectly cooked. But what made it extra special for me is I never felt rushed to leave once breakfast was finished (that has happened on numerous occasions in other B&B's) I could savour one last cup of tea and watch the world go by. It was wonderful. Rhein and Teresa are the perfect hosts, so welcoming and friendly. Thank you both for making our few days in Llandudno incredible. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Llandudno, just book the Min Y Don. You will not be disappointed.

Apparently there are up to 400 billion stars in the Milky Way and that is at least the number of stars I would give the Min-y-Don quest house in Llandudno. We love the luxurious and cozy rooms. We love the location and sea views. A great place to watch the world go by. We love the tasty breakfast expertly prepared using local ingredients. But most of all we love Teresa and Rhein. We love the welcome. We love their warm hospitality. You could never meet such nice people. They truly are what makes the Min-y-Don extra special. We first stayed in 2019, and each visit since has been consistently brilliant. Thank you.

I am converted to guest houses!
☺ We had the suite and it was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Rhian and Teresa could not have been more accommodating and went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
The cooked breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. It was made to order, cooked perfectly and was piping hot. The bacon was thick and it was all great quality. I have food intolerances and Teresa went out and bought GF biscuits for our room and my choice of bread for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and they are a lively friendly couple. The extra bonus is the art work around the property which is fantastic and adds to the decor.
☹ Nothing! I have always avoided guest houses as I always felt they were a bit old school and dated. I’m converted as this one is appointed to a high standard. Next time we would probably get a room with a view as the suite was probably far more than we required!

Amazing place to stay
We came to Min Y Don after being recommended my by brother. From the minute we puled up we were greeted and made to feel very welcome. Our case was carried to our room and we were showed where everthing was and how it worked. The room was spotless and the added touch of fresh milk, water and bathroom amenities was great. We were asked to fill our breakfast the next morning. The choice was amazing and you can have as much as you like. We had told them we were staying because it was our Silver wedding anniversary and we returned later there was a box of chocolates on our bed. After a great night's sleep. We went for our breakfast, the food was piping hot and the porridge and homemade vegetarian sausage were the best we had ever had. The freshly baked crossiants and pain au chocolate for delicious too. Teresa and Rheinalt were amazing hosts and were happy to help in any way they could. I highly recommend it and have to say it's one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

The best place to stay in LLandudno x
my family and i try to go to wales every year and since staying at the Min Y Don we would not stay anywhere else, the guest house is just lovely, and it doesn't matter which room you are in they are all spotlessly clean and beautifully thought out and have everything you need and more. If that is not enough the breakfast has to be one of the best breakfasts i've had in a hotel to this date nothing is too much trouble. As for the hosts Teresa and Rhein they are just lovely people and they will go out of your way to make your stay enjoyable and they have succeeded each and every time i have been to stay. examples of how they go out off their way, above and beyond for their guests, i asked Teresa if i could borrow a couple of pins for my hair as i had to go on parade for Trafalgar Day and i had left them at home but unfortunately she didnt have any, while i was getting ready Teresa ran down the town and bought everything she thought i might need to pin up my hair and made it back in time to save the day, and i might add it was raining haha! Also my friend who lives in llandudno popped in at the guest house for a chat and couldn't get a taxi for the time she needed and Rhein said don't worry i will take you home and delivered her safely to her door. I could go on and on how wonderful they both are i would highly recommend the Min Y Don to all my friends and family x

best place to stay
Stayed here again from 3rd to 6th October we have been before many times and have always had a wonderful time the rooms are spotless the breakfast is better than any hotel we have been in at llandudno in the last 25 years. Teresa & Rhein the owners carnt do enough for you and are two of the best people anywhere the whole family stayed after loosing my wife in September this year and they couldnt do enough for us we will definatley be going back a few more times next year we all would recommend a stay here. thank you Teresa & Rhein will see you again.

Simply The Best!
I have just stayed at the Min Y Don for 3 nights. An absolute gem of a place! First class from start to finish! The hosts were wonderful, friendly and nothing was any trouble! The breakfast was fabulous every morning….cooked to perfection and great quality ingredients. Our room ( and the entire guesthouse ) was beautiful, modern and immaculately clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. A very easy but so well deserved 5 stars!! Looking forward to coming back to stay in the very near future!

A brilliant place to stay in Llandudno
This was the second time we stayed at Min Y Don - I can't think of anywhere else in the UK I can say the same about. In fact at breakfast pretty much everyone were returning guests - which should tell you a lot. Firstly, Min Y Don is run by Teresa and Rhein, they are truly wonderful people, kind, enthusiastic and so welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Min Y Don is situated near the Pier and everywhere in Llandudno is within easy reach. Our room overlooked the coast, the bed was very comfortable (Teresa even asked if we wanted a lighter weight duvet) and spotlessly clean. There was also a fridge in our room which was really useful. The bathroom has a large shower and big fluffy towels. Breakfast is brilliant! Lots of choice and very well cooked, my Welsh Breakfast was amazing - all the ingredients are sourced locally where possible and of the highest quality. I rarely recommend places to stay or visit but I have no hesitation in recommending Min Y Don - you wont be disappointed.
