Shauna was beyond awesome! As a plus sized person with body image issues, who had never waxed that area before…I felt super comfortable and safe. Yes, it’s a little ouchie lol - It’s not a super comfy process but, honestly, it really doesn’t hurt as bad as you think! I had hyped my nerves up to think it was going to be so much worse! I literally have had leg waxes that were more painful than this.
She’s also super quick, so it’s over before ya know it :). And her office space is really fun, casual/comfy, and clean. Highly, highly recommend.
Shauna is very welcoming, fast and professional. The studio is very clean zen environment. I love their services and would highly recommend them for your waxing needs.

This was the first Brazilian wax I have ever had, and it was much better than I expected! Didn’t really hurt that much, my technician was super friendly and fun to talk too. The end result was fantastic, I already made a follow up with her. The vibe is great, I didn’t feel self-conscious at all. 10/10 would recommend.
I wasn’t happy with the service I received and will not be back. In Shauna’s policy, states “we run a tight ship so please be on time.” My appointment was at 11:50 and she overbooked herself - I had to wait even though I was on time. I booked a Brazilian wax but at the time of the appointment as I’m laying on the table, Shauna states that she’s running behind, had over 20 waxes this day and can’t do the service I booked. So she did a bikini wax instead. It’s so many things wrong with this! If you’re going to modify the service, then let the customer know beforehand because I could have rescheduled or picked another person to do my wax. Don’t overbook yourself and then give your paying customers a half service, it makes them not want to come back. Now I have to pay someone else to complete the service that I actually wanted .. really was a waste of time.
******* Not true. After reading your reply. I never asked how much any service was. Even before I asked to use the restroom you were already 8 mins behind schedule. You said to me, “the Brazilian wax, it will not be the best due to time”. Why would I pay for half service? If you knew you couldn’t deliver then you should’ve just canceled the appointment or told me sooner - I was laying on the table when you told me. You never said using the restroom would cut into the appointment time because if I knew that then I would’ve said nevermind and let’s proceed. It seemed to me you were trying to shave time off appointments to make up for the overbooking.

Hi Choya!! I totally get where you’re coming from. I was definitely running 5 mins behind today and I sincerely apologize! That wasn’t due to over booking, I had an issue with the wax earlier and it put me behind. I should have informed you of the delay prior to your appointment .
I would have been able to do the entire service however, when you requested to use the bathroom, I let you know that would cut into the appointment
Unfortunately by the time you came back I wasnt going to be able to give you a good Brazilian wax, which is why I asked if you would prefer a bikini wax instead.
I did inform you before modifying the service, before you had undressed even as you asked me the price of the bikini wax vs a Brazilian.
Had you asked about rescheduling, I would have been more than happy to do that!
