We were starting to experience a lot of issues relating to problems from condensation and mould. As an art gallery working with sensitive materials we needed to fix this asap, and to a degree that not many other specialists could tackle, nor at the scale of our building (picture shows the fogging process in our building). Tom from start to finish was nothing but positive and solution-oriented, while giving us a fully comprehensive report before and after so not only could we see and feel the difference, but that we had a solid record for addressing the root causes of any problems like this.
