When you drop off your vehicle and explain the trouble they will explain things to you where you can understand if you get confused. When they call you about your vehicle they explain what they find and recommend anything else they notice. They take care of you. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and would recommend.

Was extremely pleased with the speed of resolution a communication from Milstead. Jim Lucker was very helpful and the team got me back up and running in a few days where the dealership wanted 1 week for diagnosis alone. Price was very fair as well. Definitely recommend and will be using Milstead for all my future repairs.

Dereck did a great job answering my questions and taking great care of me and the car I brought in for a pre-put phase inspection. The shop was convenient to find and performed a thorough assessment within minutes after my arrival. They allowed me to go out on the shop and get under the car myself to see what they saw. I highly recommend Milstead Automotive.
