It's our first audit with Millet Accountants and we were not disappointed with the quality of work and communication. Although the audit took a while to complete, it was basically due to the fact that it was the first one.
Andrew, Yash and Rui were quite professional in their approach. Questions were asked where necessary and issues that arose were resolved professionally.
A great job was done at ensuring that our accounts were submitted to the regulatory authorities within the deadline.

I was introduced to Andrew by another professional advisor when I needed advice on FRS102 re accounting for off Balance Sheet items - problem solved. Andrew is a top class person: extremely professional, reliable, informed, great to work with and really focused on delivering value for his clients. He's seen financial reporting, control and assurance from both practice and also from the client's perspective (he spent time in industry as a CFO). This adds a lot of value versus other advisors who have only ever worked in practice and therefore can't see the client's perspective quite as well. Millet Accounting has helped with our client account audit recently and the service has been exceptional, good value for money and I have found them to be professional and polite. The only problem I had with them was sending emails and files, their firewall does not permit it and so that possibly delayed us filing for a couple of days, however we were able to get round it by uploading our emails to their sharepoint and then the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. I have been thoroughly impressed and we will be looking to use them again for our office accounting.
