I previously used a notary to do a real estate transaction and I wasn’t sure if I should save the money and go that route or use a lawyer. The cost was definitely more but I was really impressed with everyone at Milestone Real Estate Lawyers. From the receptionist to conveyancing team to principal lawyer, everyone was kind and easy talk to and most importantly they were all very informed. I appreciated the constant and quick email correspondence with Harminder who was very clear in communication and always confirmed receipt of documents with me. The final signing with Niki went smoothly and I could tell she had a deep understanding of what we went through. She was prepared and very clear on every document that needed to be signed and answered all my questions. I left feeling very confident on what I signed and had a good understanding of the agreement. Especially compared with my experience of the notary, it was a night and day difference. For a big transaction such as real estate I am certainly glad to have used their services and would highly recommend them without any reservations.
