If you want to rent an awesome, brand new, four wheel drive at Denver international airport and avoid taking a bus and dealing with rental car lines, then search no further. Couldn’t have been easier…best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Great customer service /communication as well! 10 stars if that was an option.

Man. I can’t say enough positive about this experience. Soooo easy. Very responsive to questions. Had a sprinter van and it went perfectly. In and out. Snow tires. Not even an option at the big box rental places. Wish these folks were everywhere. Really an absolutely phenomenal experience. Update: second rental. Just as flawless as the first. Excellent company. Wish they had a bigger footprint across the country. Love this rental company!

I could not recommend this company any higher. They were absolutely amazing to work with, and went further than they had to in order to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip. Five big stars!! Always a great experience with Mile High Rentals. We rented a lovely new Tahoe for our week in the mountains. The SUV was safe and perfect for our needs. As an independent business, Nate and the rest of the Mile High crew offer a personal experience you won’t find at the bigger names in rental cars. A confirmed 4-wheel or all wheel drive vehicle is required for Colorado winters, and that’s what Mile High provides. Regardless of what the bigger rental companies say, it’s never a guarantee with them. We have experienced the bait and switch with the others several times, where they even make you pay hundreds more at pickup just to get the all wheel drive you reserved, if they even have one. Mile High gives you what you ordered, every time. No gimmicks, no surprises. Thank you again Nate, for a great SUV and another excellent experience!

Mile High is the best 4x4 rental experience you will encounter. Service is top notch and the easiest process as the car is delivered to you and picked up so you walk right out to it or park and walk in. No waiting, counters or shuttles. I have been renting 4wd vehicles from them every year since 2018 for our ski trips. Not only are you guaranteed the four wheel drive vehicle you select but it is parked for you right outside baggage or at the valet if you stay at the hotel. No shuttles or waiting or not having the car you select. So glad I found them - we walk right out of baggage to the area they park just outside the door, they send a picture of the car, remote unlock, and we hit the road. Drop off is just as easy to park right outside check in, text them a pic of where it’s parked and head in with your bags. They respond fast and keep in touch. We have saved so much time using them and the one thing I can count on going as planned for our trips.

Amazing company to deal with, found out about them on a Philmont Facebook group. Did not have any issues reserving the van and it was ready for us sitting at the airport when our flight landed no need to deal with the shuttle. The price was also less the the others and the return was as easy as the pickup.

We had a great experience! We rented a gigantic Ford transit passenger van for several days while family visiting. Their excellent customer service made a somewhat hectic visit a little less stressful. Pick up and drop off were contactless, which made for a seamless experience with zero wait time. Highly recommend.

I plan an annual trip to Colorado for a group of nearly 40 people, and since 2019, rental logistics have always been the most stressful part. Every year, we’ve struggled with shuttle delays, confusing rental processes, and figuring out how to get back to the airport after drop-off. This year, we discovered Mile High and were initially skeptical—everything seemed too easy. But it turned out to be the best decision we’ve made. Our vans were ready and waiting right in the airport parking lot (with one parked in valet due to its height), and the entire pickup process took less than 15 minutes. In the past, we’d spend 2–3 hours just getting situated. Drop-off was just as smooth, aside from a small hiccup when two of our vans got lost—that was on us, not them. We’ll absolutely be booking with Mile High again and recommending them to other teams. Their service made a huge difference in starting our trip on the right foot!

Brought the car to us when we arrived. Easy process. Even called before we landed and said our original vehicle planned for us was damaged and asked if we had a preference on a new one. Easy drop off. Van was clean. Didn’t have to deal with a bus to travel to a pick up location offsite.

10/10 super easy experience booking over the phone, they looked my flight info up and dropped the car off right outside luggage pickup, less that 5 minutes after we were on the way ! Drop off was just as easy, pop into short term drop off garage and leave it there ! Car was very new and clean.price was a heck of a lot cheaper that big rental companies. Certainly made traveling with 4 kids so much easier and stress free ! Big thanks guys, definitely took all the hassle out of renting a vehicle.

Great rental experience. Wide selection of SUVs and super-convenient pick-up and drop-off in Denver airport parking garage right next to terminal. We have been using Mile High for our annual ski vacation to Colorado for years now and have been delighted with their vehicles and customer service.
