Everyone was so very kind, respectful and informative from the start, when I was trying to find climate controlled storage units. Rates are very reasonable. The building is clean inside and easy to move your belongings into. If you need storage, inside and out, I highly recommend this business!👍

Recently I moved from Illinois to Rochester, Minnesota. I needed to have a storage unit ready before my move. Both Jonathon and Dustin were exceedingly helpful in securing me an appropriate storage unit. When I arrived in Rochester, I met Dustin at the storage facility where he explained all the details and pricing. He also took the time to show me various size units to insure that I had the correct size for my needs. Both Dustin and Jonathon were courteous, friendly, and competent.
