I’ve been with this company for years. I called over a week ago to get a refill, and the first time they tell me we don’t take cash. “We don’t take cash anymore we just changed ownership”. I said that’s not a big deal I just need a refill before the storm. Until today nobody showed up and my tank is empty. It’s 40 degrees in my house now. I called to check what happened. It doesn’t seem like they put in a request in the first place. This company never had any issues in the past until the change of ownership.

We have been getting fuel from them for twelve years. Recently, I have become disabled.So my income is very limited, but I have been a faithful customer to them. I see a possible storm moving in and called them to see if I could get three hundred dollars worth of fuel as it is all I can.Afford. They told me, I have to get a minimum of a hundred and fifty gallons of fuel and three hundred dollars worth was only ninety. I explained to them that they are coming to our farm. That has 3 families with three separate houses, and they will already be here. I don't see the issue. But they assured me, they cannot put it in a system unless it is a minimum of a hundred and fifty gallons. I ran a business for 35 years. And I accommodated my customers, no matter what, even with discounts for the elderly. Apparently, this company realizes that we are at their mercy in need to fuel and don't care about us.

We had a great experience with Logan today when we were completely out of gas for our furnace. He was prompt, kind and extremely knowledgeable; which immediately put us at ease during a stressful situation. Logan took the time to explain what was going on, fixed the issue efficiently and also replaced our regulator to bring everything up to code. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely caring and professional! We’re very grateful for his help!

I own my tank and have used Midwest Bottle Gas since 2022 to keep it filled. Pricing has been fair, drivers have been nice. I appreciate they haven’t tried to lock me into a contract and make it easy to schedule refills.

Very poor customer service. Took three weeks of calling to get someone on sch. Shows up at diffrent times. Refused to do work after showing up thats been completed by a plummer. Do not use these guys.

Midwest Gas is a great family owned business. Their service has always been excellent for us. We built a new house in Southern Campbell County and the guys came out and installed our tank. They worked together with our plumbers and septic guys. It was awesome to see them all co-ordinate the install. Chuck was exceptional during the install. We have had really good service in the past few years. Paula is always so nice when we call the office for refills. Thank you for being such a great NKY company.

Your customer service is horrible. You know people are out of gas but couldn’t care less. Came when there was snow. Driver said he couldn’t get up the driveway. Snow on driveway melted. Called the office and the office said they wouldn’t send someone back by. Sorry about your luck pretty much. So nice of them when it’s in the teens at night! You all suck!

Our primary business here at Midwest Gas is delivering propane to homes and businesses for heat. As you can imagine with the temperatures being well below normal, demand is high for delivery. All of our service personnel is currently being scheduled to fulfill those delivery requests. Thank you so much to the 3 Midwest gas employees that stopped to help me get my car off the mountain of snow I managed to get my car stuck on. I feel so stupid but they were so nice to me and made me feel not quite so bad. It was on Ruschman Rd off Murnan. They worked on it for a good 20 minutes. Thanks guys

Really no star!!! Never will I call these people we moved in to our sisters home wanted to put the account in my name the tanks had fuel in them they wanted to charge me for what what in there ...I call it double dipping so we said no they said they'd be out to pick up tanks ...I was gone when they came didn't call me to say we're on our way dude broke my pavers and denied it pictures in my review they left me a mess not to mention it's cold right now and our sister had paid for that gas hope you go out of business...soon won't be a need for propane you guys owe me pavers
