We had an amazing time in Lombok thanks to Midstay’s team. As it was a first we were a bit worried about the logistics and we wanted to make sure that it would fit everyone but Midstay organised it all perfectly taking all our requests and preferences into account. We just wrapped up our first company retreat in Tulum and honestly it was seamless from start to finish. They handled everything for us so we could actually enjoy the retreat without worrying about the logistics. The yoga session and the private boat dinner were amazing. 10/10 experience

Ito is the man — hilarious, super knowledgeable, and just makes everything smoother. The whole crew (shoutout to Widia!) went above and beyond — handling our last-minute changes like pros, finding us the perfect hotel within budget, and even dropping awesome dinner recs. 🍽️
They nailed every detail so most of our activities happened right on-site. Honestly, they made the whole trip stress-free and seriously fun. 10/10 would plan with them again! 🙌
We had such a good time with my team in Phuket thanks to Midstay. Everything was organized so smooth, from airport pick up to all the activities, we really didn’t need to worry about anything. The hotel was perfect for team bonding and the activities brought us closer, we laughed a lot.
Definitely recommend for any company who want to mix work and good vibes together.
Very bad experience with the JB team.
Anyhow moved bags from 1 bus to another without informing us. This is the worst encounter. First time encountering such experience.
Timing coordination very bad. The place we going to do our "teambuilding" opens at 2pm (zoo) and we reached our lunch place at 10.30am. Dilly dally timing and started lunch at 11plus, then suddenly we have a lot of own free time until 1pm to come back take group photo and set off to zoo. But zoo opens at 2pm so ya... you can guess it... dilly dally again... we already had teams for teambuilding but we were being asked to tikam and new groupings were formed. For what? Waste time....
Teambuilding at Johor Zoo which does not have any team bonding purpose at all. Teams completed in less than an hour and those who are not "winning teams", they dont even bother to review the answers etc. Why the effort to complete if we know we first 3 teams then no need bother, right?
