Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business .. be prepared the angry woman behind the desk doesn't explain things very well and if there's a mistake , it's your fault , not theirs and she will let you know with the worst attitude.I have ever seen from any business .. and they're very overpriced would recommend finding somewhere else to buy your product

Hello Joe Isbell. Although I cannot find an order under your name, I can assume who this was ordered under, as we do not experience many issues like you are describing.
I understand the frustration that can be caused when an order is placed, and it is not as expected. We do ask the customer to verify all items, including profile, color, and length, on their order before proceeding, as this is custom-made steel roofing and siding. A few minutes to double-check will certainly save headache and frustration for all parties.
