Everything from start to finish was beautiful and professional. We loved our photographer, Flor. She was great with the kids, and after each different scene of photos, she showed me them to review (without me asking!). At the end, when I asked for one more type of pose, she happily agreed. We signed up for the mini Central Park photo session. Online, it says half an hour, but in reality it was closer to an hour. We did not feel rushed. We were so thrilled when we viewed our gallery that we actually added five more digital photos to our original 10 photo package, we couldn’t pick just 10! This photo shoot and family experience was worth every penny. Would highly recommend!

If I could give a review higher than five stars, I would. We loved EVERYTHING about our session with Michael Kormos Photography. We are from a small town in Louisiana and were going to be visiting NYC. It had been my dream to take family photos while on vacation so I googled photographers before our trip. When I came across MKP, I knew they were who I had to go with. Their photos were stunning. Their pricing was higher than what I typically pay in our small town but I had a feeling it would be worth it. You get what you pay for couldn’t be more true when it came to our photos and experience with MKP. Sophie was so helpful with getting everything set up and figured out. Our photographer, Flor, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, helpful and welcoming. I couldn’t dream of working with better people. Our images are my dream family photos. I HIGHLY recommend them. There’s no way you would be disappointed. They are just that good.

We are so lucky to have found Michael and Sophie based on the stellar reviews they have on yelp. They are an incredible team. Our family photos from the recent photo shoot in October are absolutely magical. Our kids, aged 8 and 4, tend to be very awkward in front of the camera. Wow! Michael and Sophie knew exactly how to bring out their natural smiles and captured their effervescent personalities. We absolutely loved the location they chose. From the initial inquiry to the finished product, they have been so responsive and were super accommodating with weather related rescheduling. Lastly, the stunning photos were ready in record time. We cannot recommend them enough for family photography.

We first met Michael and Sophie Kormos when we had our first child, several years ago. Now we live 1,500 miles away but had to come back and get updated family portraits with them because simply they are the best family portrait creators we’ve ever dealt with. Sophie and Michael both have an excellent photographer’s eye and ability to capture our kids’ personalities during the brief time small children will allow for a session. Being parents themselves, they have a wonderful demeanor and ease with children that can’t be overstated. Lastly, the product is superb; one look at their gallery reveals the care and detail they put into preparing and producing a great product. They’ll continue to have our full trust for our family moments in NYC.

Michael and his wife Sophie make an amazing team— they know how to deal with antsy children and impatient husbands, putting everyone at ease and capturing beautiful moments. Everything was seemless, and she got some fantastic shots of our little guy. If you want to have the most fun-filled and relaxing experience at once (yes, I know it sounds contradictory...), and cherish those precious memories forever, Michael Kormos Photography is your winning bet! Both, Michael and Sophie, are super helpful. Sophie listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions (there were a lot of those...) and kept me in the loop with useful advice and tips before and after our photo shoot. Michael arrived for the session fully equipped and snapped, snapped, snapped shots, patiently managing my active 3-year-old(better than I was able to) all the while and when I realized time is up I couldn't figure out how it could have passed so quickly... They were so efficient that a mere 3 weeks after my session I was able to download my photos and share them with friends and family and- oh- these photos were breathtaking! So hands- up to Michael Kormos Photography; I sure hope to be back soon!
