It's a **** off. When I tried to let her know that cream doesn't work hoping for a refund of my $240 for six jars. I got back a message saying the website doesn't exist. She been none true full and needs to be stopped. Harmful to women that believe in her. I even noticed I don't see the tv adds anymore!! Women are on to lady. I gonna put the word out on ******** about your cream that doesn't work. Ripping people off for their hard earned money.

SCAM. The dark spot erase serum DOES Not work. They charged me a up sell which says UPsell right on the invoice I did NOT AS FOR 2 bottles

My wife purchased a skin cream for $69.00 from Miami MD and they sent her a totally wrong product. Instead of a skin cream they sent her a bottle of pills. My complaint is that this company should pay for return postage when they send the wrong product. I had to make a return address form, run the package to the post office and pay $6.50 for postage. This place sounds like a scam to me and I have advised my wife not to purchase any more items from Miami MD.

I am writing to say that after two bottles I have seen no visible difference.I have tried to find where I can cancel this company from them sending me ****** after bottle!I do not drive and would have to spend additional money to Uber and return their oriducts.I have 3 unopened bottles and will not accept any other charges.Really disappointed..

They sent me a product that was empty. I contacted them within a few days by e-mail (customer service) and then again in a couple of weeks. There was not response. Then when I contacted them by phone they explained that the e-mail customer service does not work so now it is outside ot the 60 day garuntee and they could not help me.They sent me a comfirmation of a e-mail (which I never received) that I signed up for a subscription which I never intended to do. This is an over priced skin care product which is a pretty good product but the customer service is terrible and they are very deceptive.

No way to get ahold of them if you need to stop subscription! No assigned account to manage! I have called with no luck. All my emails keep being bounced back as undelivered. I cannot get this situation under control. Will have to call my bank****!

Ordered 1jar of product which automatically showed up as 4 on my account. After checking payment to them I was actually charged for double that amount. This Dr. * should be ashamed of how this business is run! Disgraceful

I placed an order I was supposed to get 5 days after I placed it snd it’s going on 12 days and I still have not received it. When contacting customer service they have nothing to say except to refuse the shipment for a refund. Apparently I should sit outside my home waiting for a delivery in order to return for a refund. They have no interest in making it right. Beware. This is definitely a scam.

How do you stop auto shipment? Not working but not using daily.

Did nit see any change in my skin after three months use.

DOES NOT WORK! I have been trying the dark spot removal cream since Aug 12- Oct 23 EVERYDAY, morning and night just as prescribed and I have seen absolutely 0 results. Not even the LIGHTER spots have faded. This is a garbage product. I have taken pictures monthly to make sure of the results and ZERO!!! Terrible product. No results even after almost 3 months.

fraud!!!I purchased the spot corrector and was told I need to use it for at least 60 days to see results After 60 days with zero improvment i have asked to return the item and get refund Of caurse the answer was your 60 days money back is over Just lost $200 for nothing shame on you !!

Stay away from this company or doctor, trick you into signup their subscription. I gave one star ceasue there is nothing below that to choose. What kind of doctor does this shady deals?

I find it interesting that after every bad review, a 5 star review follows. Glad I checked out an independent review platform. Lets face it ladies, if its too good to be true, it is. Thanks to all who wrote in. I will not be ordering. Looks like Miami MD is a major ****.

DONT ORDER! This company is just the latest snake oil salesperson. The crepe lotion didnt work at all. And when you buy the original bottles they sign you up for a subscription- but thats in the fine print. Returning the original three jars and the three jars they sent via subscription has been a nightmare. They have no f***** idea what is going on and so far Ive sent at least 10 emails back and forth just trying to get two refunds. They sent me an RMA for one of the returns. So I sent the c*** back. But then they said they never received it. So I had to send tracking. Then they said they never sent me an RMA to return - so yes, you guessed it, I had to send THEM the **** Idiots. Never. Snake oil.

I've used this Miami MD Facial Cleanser for over a year now. It has been an absolute great product for me. All of their products Ive tried are actually excellent. Their Eye Rescue is the best. It has made such a huge difference in my appearance that I constantly get positive compliments. The ** Plumper is beyond words. Just a great line of products overall for all. They're expensive, but trust me, it's worth it if you care about yourself and your appearance. If you have to choose between this or any of the other brands out there, youd be best off going with the Miami MD products. They are hands down a step above the rest.
