MI6 Home Inspections Reviews

Mark Madonnanewman 2026.09.20

Graham inspected our home today and was incredibly thorough, informative, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through each area of concern and made sure we fully understood what he was seeing and what needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend Graham to anyone looking for an inspector who is detailed, takes his time, and truly knows what he’s doing. He made sure we had the information we needed to feel confident making such a major financial decision. You will not regret using Graham!

Thank you, Mark, for taking the time to leave a review and for your very kind words. You are correct. I do not rush in and rush out of an inspection. I am there to thoroughly inspect the home and convey that information, be it good, bad, or indifferent, to my client so they have the knowledge they need to feel informed and in control throughout the home-buying process.
I am humbled that you appreciated the process and the time and care that go into each and every inspection.
Wishing you all the very best in your new home and with your remodel.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! We are first time homebuyers, and we left the inspection feeling so informed and taken care of and cared about! The report, and then the summary of the report were so detailed and informative everything that needed to be fixed on the home we negotiated to getting fixed because he made us aware of the issues Even the small ones that could be fixed with a handyman. So kind and welcoming. We are purchasing our new home, knowing everything we need to know about it and knowing that it is safe for our children! And the pricing was reasonable and the add on services you can request are also fairly priced!

Graham did a very thorough inspection of the home we are purchasing in Flower Mound. He took the time to identify and clearly explain both major and minor issues, including the sewer/drainage system, roof, HVAC, foundation and other areas of the property. The sewer camera inspection was particularly helpful and gave us a much better understanding of the condition of the drain line. We really appreciated Graham's professionalism, attention to detail and practical explanations. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with our home inspector. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to carefully explain his findings, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood everything we needed to know about the home.We really appreciated his attention to detail and the way he clearly communicated both the important issues and the smaller items that needed attention. We felt confident that we were getting an honest and thorough assessment of the property. We highly recommend him to anyone buying a home. He made an important part of the home-buying process much easier and gave us peace of mind knowing our home had been carefully inspected.

Thank you, Dianna, for taking the time to leave such a comprehensive review of my services and for your kind words. Part of my service includes a walkthrough of the property after the inspection to discuss the findings, as you described. I never want my clients to feel rushed during this time. It provides an opportunity to better understand the report, ask questions, and, importantly, put the findings into perspective.
No home is perfect, so having a clear understanding of the findings can go a long way toward helping clients feel comfortable and informed when making those sometimes difficult decisions.
Thank you again for placing your trust in me. All the very best to you and your family in your new home!

With this being my wife and I first new build home, Graham was a great help. After his pre drywall inspection he was very happy to explain what he found and how to address the issues. Also what the building codes are in Texas for new construction. He is very thorough and professional . He will also be doing our closing and 11 month inspections as well.

Thank you, Alfred, for taking the time to leave a review of the services I performed for you. It is always great to follow a home’s progress from the very beginning and to understand what it truly looks like. This provides a perspective that is not always visible with existing homes. I look forward to seeing the next phase and continuing with you on your journey.

If you're unsure, if you're picking the right home inspector, look no further. Graham was phenomenal. He was responsive when booking, worked quickly to fit us into his schedule. His reports were thorough and accurate. I shared them with a contractor friend, who's been in the business for 30 years, and even he stated Graham's reports were some of the best reports he's seen. Thank you Graham, for providing us a peace of mind with our new construction home. We will see you at the 1 year inspection. We highly recommend Graham and will use him for all of our future home inspections.

Exceptional inspections and service Graham is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in his work. We initially used MI6 Home Inspections for a pre-sale inspection on our old home and were impressed by his suggestions for key improvements that we should make in advance. He then did the inspections for our new build and followed up again before the end of our first year. He explains everything clearly and pays attention to every detail. On top of that, he’s very friendly and even great with our sometimes-obnoxious dogs! Highly recommend! Thanks for everything, Graham!
