I am at my wits end . Had motion and flow consrtuct 4-4" hoses for a pump skid .At this point not a single one of the hoses will hold water much less pressure . Had their shop attempt to correct the issue only to have exactly the same result . This is over 2000.00 worth of hose fabricated to a confirmed pressure and heat rating that is completely useless . When i asked to speak to management i was told there was not any there. I would not recommend wasting your money at this place .
We’re in Newport and Martin handles our stock. He’s a champ! Never needed anything that he didn’t stock for us! Great customer service

Uncommon these days. As far as customers go, I'm no body to them (or maybe, just maybe, it doesn't matter who you are). In 3 trips to their store I spent a grand total of $13.00. I didn't know what I needed, didn't know the terminology, I just knew I needed parts. The first time in even though they couldn't help me, they tried knowing the whole time it wouldn't have been a big sale. Second time in they had to do a bunch of research just to sell me a $10.00 part. Later I called, Ian knew who I was, knew what I had bought and when I described what I needed (not very well) he knew what I wanted, checked inventory, pulled and had it waiting for me. These people unbelievable customer service, they don't care what you are going to spend, they just want to help you. I know a few businesses that could learn a thing or two from these guys. Keep up the great work Motion & Flow, I will be telling everyone I know about you!!

I have been dealing with motion and flow in Salem for over 17 years. It was a rough start when you moved to the new location with employee changes. Caleb has been absolutely spectacular with getting everything that we need.

I didn’t realize I was given the wrong fittings until I made the line and it wouldn’t thread on.
Took it back, they credited the fittings, gave me a new line of equal length, ordered and next day’ed direct to my shop all on their dime. Awesome service guys!

MFCP had what I needed on there shelf without having to order it. They gave me a fair price and a great quality product. I will continue to shop there for specialty items I can’t find anywhere else in Salem OR. Thank you Motion Flow
