I truly wanted to leave a 5-star review because everything leading up to the day of service was handled seamlessly. Unfortunately, my experience on 7/4/2025 has completely changed my impression.
When I booked this service over the phone, it was clearly confirmed that a Black Chevy Suburban would be provided. I even took the extra step of calling again to reconfirm, as I’m very particular about these details. Despite all of that, on the day of service, a Ford Expedition arrived instead — a vehicle I would not have chosen.
At no point during the booking process was it mentioned that a substitute or “comparable” vehicle might be sent without any notice. A simple courtesy call or notification would have been the bare minimum, yet no such communication was made.
I expressed my concerns immediately, calling 7/7/25 and 7/15/25, only to be told it was a mistake on their end but that no refund or credit could be offered. To me, confirming a specific vehicle and then delivering something entirely different without even informing the customer — is simply unacceptable.
I am disappointed, not only by the error itself, but by the complete lack of effort to make it right. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customer experience is about more than just the ride — it’s about trust and follow-through.
