Sundancer Homes Albury Showroom & Sales Centre Reviews

As first time home buyers we highly recommend Sundancer Homes for a transparent, seamless, professional introduction to building. We were fortunate enough to have Heidi Barillaro as our Building & Design Consultant. Heidi's expertise and 'local knowledge', transparency & guidance were invaluable as she guided us through this often daunting process. Where other consultants we met with wanted to 'sell a house', Heidi helped us to build a home that suits our families individual needs. We are looking forward to the next stage/s of this journey.

As first home buyers we sought out the best value builder, and landing with Sundancer we have been more than satisfied with the high value offered at a competitive price range. Heidi at Sundancer was welcoming, patient and understanding of our situation. Taking the time over multiple visits (sorry Heidi!) to show us in detail our inclusions and design concepts. Throughout all what is a stressful experience for any first home buyer has been softened by the experience and reassurance of Heidi and the wider team at Sundancer!

We are currently in the process of building our new home with Sundancer Homes, and so far, the experience has been smooth and positive. A special thank you to Heidi and Meena, who were incredibly helpful during the initial stages of our journey. They took the time to understand our requirements, patiently guided us through the different floor plan options, and helped us orient the home in a way that works perfectly for our needs. We also appreciate the wider Sundancer Homes team for their professionalism, communication, and support throughout the process so far. Building a home is a significant milestone, and having a team that listens, provides guidance, and keeps things moving smoothly makes a big difference. We are very happy with our experience to date and are looking forward to seeing our home take shape over the coming months.

Christian at Sundancer homes in the Yarrawonga display home was extremely helpful when it came to the planning process. With the many changes we made nothing was too hard and Christian always said yes or found ways for us to get the plan how we wanted. He also came up with some great ideas that we never would have thought of ourselves. Highly recommend!

We are satisfied with the high-quality inclusions they provide and their communication. We had already experienced difficulties during the pre-building process with another builder before meeting Sundancer. What they include as standard are often considered additional upgrades by other builders, and their wide range of options allows you to choose according to your budget. Heidi, who has been in charge of our project from the very beginning, is fast, accurate, and proactive. We received prompt responses to all our questions, and the information she provided helped ease our concerns. We highly recommend visiting the display home to see everything for yourself.

As first time buyers, with no idea, Christian Barillaro at Sundancer Homes has "held our hand" navigating the sometimes overwhelming world of building. He kept us on track with his open and honest communication, ensuring our needs and "wants" were met and explained the language of buying and building. Christian went above and beyond, when sourcing a block of land for us, and found the perfect fit. He has worked hard throughout the initial process and we can't wait to see how our new home comes together. Thank you so much Christian, we appreciate you and your patience.

Great experience with Sundancer Homes Albury so far. Heidi Barillaro, our Building & Design Consultant, has been fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and always responsive. Monet Cole, the Sales Administrator, keeps everything organised and running smoothly. Kylie Caines, the Colour Consultant, made selecting finishes easy and enjoyable. We’re really happy to be building with Sundancer Homes. Their premium inclusions are part of the plan and everything feels high quality. The builder’s experience and the guarantees they provide also gave us a lot of confidence in choosing them. Overall, we are really happy with the service so far and would definitely recommend Sundancer Homes to anyone looking to build in the Albury/Wodonga region.

Christian Barillarro at Sundancer Homes has been absolutely outstanding. From the moment my husband and I walked in seeking much-needed help, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Christian immediately provided us with guidance and reassurance during what could have been a very stressful time. Amazingly, he even had a plan for a house drawn up for us that very same afternoon. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to help make our dream home a reality, creating a completely custom design for us from scratch. His dedication, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond have meant the world to us. We truly feel like he cares about our home as much as we do. I would never have anyone else build my house. If you are thinking about building, I promise you—go and see Christian at Sundancer Homes. He will work tirelessly to help turn your dream home into a reality.

After Building a number of homes through different builders. We wanted to find our final home. Whilst shopping around We Came across Sundancer Homes and from the get go we were Impressed with Heidi she was knowledgeable and upfront with costs and understood exactly where we were going with our design choice and budget. After a couple of meetings Heidi called to let us know they had a new show home just finished to view and that she felt was exactly what we were looking for that we could see touch and feel. Within the hour we went and toured the home, fell in love and never looked back. Thankyou again Heidi for listening to our wants and needs and helping us to achieve our goal. We look forward to building with Sundancer Homes and will update my review when finished. Bring on 2026.

We are in the process of planning for our new build, having gone through the tender process and approval of the plans/drawings. So far the process has been fairly simple, although once or twice I have felt bombarded with information and then asked to make a decision, which for a first-timer is a bit daunting. Through it all though, Heidi has always made time to talk it over in more detail if I needed and made sure I feel comfortable with the decisions I have made. She is clearly knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and she has been great to deal with. So far Sundancer have been a good choice, and hopefully the finished product is as impressive as the display homes!
