Dr. Browner is a true professional. She is incredibly gentle and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand my treatment plan without ever feeling pressured. Her expertise and calm demeanor put me at ease immediately.
A huge shout-out to Row, the dental hygienist. She is hands-down the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is thorough but gentle, and my teeth have never felt cleaner.
Last but not least, Jing, the dental assistant, deserves a medal. Getting X-rays is usually my least favorite part, but Jing was so efficient and considerate. She made the process completely painless and comfortable, ensuring I was okay every step of the way.

The office staff is very friendly and communicate well. Dr. Browner and the dental assistant were very patient, explained my dental health needs, what changes I can make now, and the best treatment going forward. Very impressed with the knowledge and time the dentist and staff took. You truly felt seen and heard at this dental office.

Everything you would want in a dental office. Great dentist, hygienist and staff. I have been a patient for the past 5 years and all of my dental treatment by Dr. Browner and Braelyn the hygienist has been excellent.

It's so rewarding to help patients overcome past dental traumas and get the care they need. We understand that visiting the dentist can be overwhelming for a lot of patients, with many people avoiding all together...we're thankful you shared your experience with others. Thank you.
Pros: warmth and punctuality.
Cons: rampant upselling, incompetence, failure to provide images in proper DICOM format to take to another dentist. For fun, the following is a line from one of their documents. If you can't see what's wrong here, then you deserve to get scammed. "Laser assisted bacterial reduction takes the bacterial count from one billion bacteria to a HUNDRED bacteria." (caps mine)
UPDATE (after provider response):
DCM is absolutely the standard format (they provided jpegs only). Straight up gaslighting and lack of accountability. These people forget they don't have a monopoly on information. In 90 seconds, I can use 4 different LLMs to summarize dozens of studies on any given treatment. Conclusion is Mesa are scammers.

Regarding your request for imaging: we promptly provided your X-rays in a standard, widely accepted format (JPEG) immediately upon request. This format is routinely used and accepted by dental offices for continuity of care. While DICOM files can be provided in certain cases, they are not the standard format requested or required by most general dental practices.
Your distrust in doctors was made very clear on your initial visit so we spent ample time reviewing the reason for recommending treatment and we stand behind that. To accuse us of “upselling” without any regard to the medical literature or studies is simply your opinion.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had ! They’re so thorough and detailed and semi crunchy too which I LOVE! The dentist and my hygentist were angels and my teeth have quite literally never been so clean ! Also, Sabrina at the front is one of the nicer people I’ve ever met and she’s probably the reason I made the appt! My sister in law referred me so I knew it was worth but this team is truly amazing ! Will be sending my husband soon and j won’t be dreading my cleanings anymore !
