An absolute pleasure to deal with MES from start to finish. Really glad I chose them for our system. Georgia looked after us really well. She was great comminicating with us and worked around our schedule. She knew what she was recommending and her advice was really good, we ended up with a great system. Both fitters Ollie and Kian were extremely polite, friendly and really professional. Really tidy and did a great job fitting our system even when it wasnt the easiest. Honestly cannot recommend enough!

Ollie and Kian came to update our CCTV and alarm systems and they were excellent. They were prompt, reliable, knowledgeable and polite. They patiently explained everything and kept checking we were happy with what they were doing. I have no hesitation in recommending them and MES Systems.

I’ve just had an alarm system installed by MES and from the very first contact with the company the customer care has been second to none. From Georgia, Amy and Andrew in sales, to Ollie and Kian who installed the system, two efficient, pleasant and patient young men, my contact with them all has been a pleasure. Being an elderly technophobe I’ve needed to call up to ask a few questions about the system, they were answered quickly and I was able to feel more confident. I would 100% recommend MES

Recently had a door entry system fitted across our premises and the team were superb, extremely patient with our requests for changes running up to the install, and then the install went brilliantly. Ollie and Kian were superb, led by Andrew who communicated with us at all stages and comprehensively explained how everything worked, staying on site until we were sure everyone was comfortable with the system. Excellent service and standard of work, definitely recommend. And extra points because they tidied their teacups away in the dishwasher! :-)

So professional in every aspect and explained everything thoroughly plus regards the setting and de-activation of the alarm system . I’ve had our MES house alarm for many years and have it serviced annually. I’ve never had a single issue with it, and it provides real peace of mind whenever the house is alarmed. MES offers excellent customer service and alarm systems to suit any household. I would highly recommend them.

Had my alarm fitted and serviced with them for years. I had a major issue yesterday and an engineer managed to sort for the day but then I needed a call out today booked for 12-2pm James Shaw arrived at 12pm and resolved my issue in 15-20 mins.

Five stars doesn't seem enough for the service I've received from MES Systems, in particular from Rory who has gone more than above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a replacement bracket for HIKvision camera and no one could get hold of it (that was even if they replied to my emails in the first place!). Unfortunately I didn't know any part numbers for the parts I needed but Rory guided me through and asked me to send pictures and measurements of the camera and managed to identify the part I needed before then obtaining it directly from the manufacturer. He kept me up to date on delivery times and whether it be on the phone or email, he was so friendly and really added a personal touch to the whole experience. I can't recommend MES and Rory enough and will undoubtedly be using them again. Thank you!
