Had a new security system installed at our property yesterday.the work was carried out by Ollie and Kian and we cannot praise them enough.Their professional manner and product knowledge were second to none and explained everything to my wife and myself from start to finish must say we were very impressed.

We've had an MES security system in our home for a year now and it's been great. We had our first service today by James and got the all clear. They are very reliable and great at customer service.

Five stars doesn't seem enough for the service I've received from MES Systems, in particular from Rory who has gone more than above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a replacement bracket for HIKvision camera and no one could get hold of it (that was even if they replied to my emails in the first place!). Unfortunately I didn't know any part numbers for the parts I needed but Rory guided me through and asked me to send pictures and measurements of the camera and managed to identify the part I needed before then obtaining it directly from the manufacturer. He kept me up to date on delivery times and whether it be on the phone or email, he was so friendly and really added a personal touch to the whole experience. I can't recommend MES and Rory enough and will undoubtedly be using them again. Thank you!

Excellent service. Ordered a replacement control panel battery for my alarm. There was an issue with the first one but MES Systems reacted super quick to get the issue resolved. You can always tell how good a company when there is a problem....well I received a 5 star service!! I would recommend and will use them again!

Would just like to offer our sincere thanks to Georgia and the entire team at MES Systems.
Our previous alarm system stopped working and the supplier sent us a quote for a replacement - the previous system was 8 years old. Georgia explained that the new quote had things we didn’t need and whilst she could beat it significantly, we would still be paying for unnecessary items.
We were pleased with the quote from Georgia which was less than half of the other company.
MES installed the system on the day they promised, arriving at the right time and cleaning up so well after themselves. They took time to walk us through the new system and the app which was something we hadn’t had before.
Very pleased with the service from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending MES in the future

This is the third property I have asked MES to install an alarm at. I find the team easy to deal with to arrange installation and the follow up service is fantastic. We are reminded about our annual services and should we need any help they are able to do this remotely.

I rang MES because I wanted cctv installed at my house, from start to finish my experience has been amazing. The lady who answered my phone call dealt with me in a professional manner, she transferred me to sales where I spoke to Ash, he arranged to come to my home address so he could go through what system would suit me best, I explained I wanted the system to be really clear & crisp so Ash recommended a CCTV system that would suit so I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Couple of days later 2 Engineers arrived to install the system their names were Ollie & Bailey, these lads were so professional and kept me updated throughout the installation step by step, nothing was too much trouble they were so tidy and very knowledgeable, I can honestly say I’ve never seen quality of CCTV like this it’s absolutely amazing, I would recommend MES to anyone they are brilliant at what they do, well done to Ash, Ollie, Bailey & the lady who took my original enquiry, one happy customer 😊👍🏼
