I am two weeks post op from a breast reduction and lift with Dr. Everett. I could not be happier with the results! The overall experience from start to finish with Dr. Everett has been a great one! Not only is he extremely informative and personable, he is also just a really cool guy. He takes the time to chat with you and makes you feel very comfortable. I am now 2 months post op from chest masculinization surgery with Dr. Everett and I am in love with my results! Recovery went smoothly thanks to both his expertise and the attentiveness and care of his staff. From my first consultation, Dr. Everett seemed very confident in his abilities which made me feel at ease about the whole process. Both Dr. Everett and his receptionist Aleyni were EXTREMELY quick when it came to answering any questions I had both pre and post op. Instead of having to call or email anytime I had a concern, I was able to simply text the office and often received a response within the hour!
I’d also like to note that as a black and transgender patient I felt very comfortable in Dr. Everett’s office. I was always referred to by my preferred name and pronouns and he did not treat white bodies as the standard (which can be common in the medical field). He always made sure to keep my complexion in mind when it came to explaining what the healing process might look like, even providing me with photos of other dark skin individuals he had performed chest masculinization surgery on (with their consent of course). This might not sound like much, but it made the world of a difference to me!
Overall, I am very thankful for Dr. Everett and his staff and would definitely recommend his services!
