Billu and I moved to London last year, and as the city is still fairly new for us, finding a reliable and trustworthy person to care for him was one of my top priorities. On the recommendation of close friends in South London who have a cat of their own, I contacted Meow Moments, and I am so glad I did. The entire process was incredibly smooth. The booking is made online, and their website and portal are clear, comprehensive, and very user friendly. The attention to even the smallest details reflects their high level of professionalism. Michelle looked after Billu for almost 10 days while I was away, and saying she was brilliant would truly be an understatement. She was always easy to reach, and her communication was prompt, detailed, and reassuring. While I was away, she sent regular updates in the form of messages, photos, and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind. Her interaction with Billu went far beyond that of a caretaker or cat sitter. It genuinely felt like a mother child relationship. Billu is a very shy and reserved indoor cat, yet he became comfortable with Michelle in no time, which speaks volumes about her warmth and patience. She cared for Billu as if he were her own baby. The love and thoughtfulness she showed were exceptional and far beyond expectations. By the halfway point of my trip, Billu had already gained four new toys, a scratching tree, a brand new bed, and even new food and water bowls. Knowing Billu was in such caring and capable hands allowed me to travel without worry. Meow Moments and Michelle have been exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly trust them again with Billu’s care.

We are so happy with the care our cats received over Christmas. Our sitter was fantastic—very clean, reliable, and clearly genuinely cared about our cats. She kept us updated every day with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I highly recommend Meow Moments. They have been helping with my cat when I’ve been away from home. Great communication when visiting my home, always send a few videos of my cat for me to see that he is happy when I’m away. The booking system and invoicing is also great and Michelle is always quick to respond to any requests. I always know that my cat is in good hands with Meow Moments!

Michelle and her daughter Demi looked after our cat Howard over Christmas and honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. We got loads of updates, photos and videos which completely put our minds at rest while we were away. Michelle even brought along little toys for him, which he loved. It was so clear how much care and effort they put in, and how comfortable Howard was with them. Such a lovely experience and genuinely worth every penny. We wouldn’t hesitate to book them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful cat sitters.

Amazing cat sitting experience. Meow Moments Cat Sitters looked after my two cats, Snowy and Luna, over the Christmas period and made sure they were well fed and taken care of. They very kindly brought them treats and toys to play with and kept them entertained and helped look after the house. The daily updates were wonderful and I’d really recommend them to anyone looking for a cat sitter in the area. They were able to coax out my very shy cat and had him requesting pets by the end! Their booking system is also super professional and you can tell they are super well organised. You’ll have complete peace of mind leaving your cats with them so honestly can’t recommend enough! I was new to the area so couldn’t have asked for a better new cat sitter. As you can see, both cats super relaxed on my return. Thanks again both!!

Having never had a cat sitter before and with our cat being indoor only I was so nervous about leaving her, but they could not have been more reassuring from the start. The client portal was great, we had notifications when every visit started, and we recieved tons of pictures and videos which were so reassuring and allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing our cat was safe and happy! Michelle and Demi were absolutely brilliant. They looked after my two cats, who have polar opposite personalities, and made sure both were well taken care of. The shy boy grew in confidence and the boisterous one had many a play session! They loved their caterpillar toy Michelle kindly gave them. The daily updates were great. I cannot recommend them enough and will 100% be using them again in the future.

This is my 5 star review...coming from someone who thought they could never leave their cats (or their home) with a sitter! Meow Moments truly offer an amazing service. Michelle was very caring and considerate towards me as a very nervous first timer, and I was extremely impressed with how professional the whole set up was from the very first contact. The client portal allows you to enter all your detailed requirements of how you want your cats to be cared for, as well as ensuring your household is maintained and secure. Michelle really went above and beyond, genuinely caring about making friends with my cats and keeping them happy. I received several videos and updates during every visit where they looked very relaxed and comfortable. Even our extremely nervous one that I expected to stay well hidden was seen rolling around enjoying a grooming session in a video I received on day one! It's clear that this is not just a business but a passion, ensuring that not only the cats are happy and relaxed but the owners too. I'm so relieved to know that we have someone we can trust to give such excellent care to our cats and our home when we are away. Can't recommend Michelle and Demi enough, my girlfriend and I went away for a long weekend leaving our two kittens (tragic we know) and we couldn't have asked for a better service. We got a lovely stream of videos and photos of feeding, playing and affection when they visited and we came back to them being happy and calm. Communication was excellent and it really gave us peace of mind whilst we were away. Great value, especially compared to taking them away from their safe space for just a few days!

Michelle and Demi are fantastic cat sitters. I recently moved to Wimbledon and as most pet owners know, finding a new person to watch your pets can be a bit stressful.
