Been here on a couple of occasions with the same device (iPhone 13). Had charging issues which were quickly diagnosed as a charging port issue and required cleaning. The gent who runs the store did this free of charge which surprised me but I truly appreciated this terrific service, even more so because the aforementioned issues have not emerged again since. I have also had my phone screen replaced, which was done quickly, effectively and at a great price. Thanks!

Thanks Ryan - really appreciate you taking the time to drop me a review. Charging ports just gather dirt and debris by design and it's a lot faster than having to replace a charging port that tbh is generally not necessary. Glad I could help and thanks again. It means a lot

Got my ipad screen redone here. Horrible. The screen he replaced it with is so so so cheap it was absolutely destroyed with a screen protector on it in the first few days. Now it glitches a lot, the and you can even see the ipad interior. He also didn't glue down the screen well it was half-on and I even had to push the screen back because it wasn't glued on! There is also substantial amounts of dust and particles underneath. Waste of money. Never again.

I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the repair. The screen certainly shouldn't have lifted from the frame, we don't use glue, we use layers of Tessa tape. Which we've done for 10 years or so with successful results (Apple themselves don't use glue either - they use tape). Clearly this hasn't been the case with your repair. We don't like to have unhappy customers and would always seek to sort the issue out with you as you have paid for a level of service you clearly haven't received.

Took my old iPhone SE from 2016 in to have the screen repaired as it was partially detached from the phone itself and serving as a hazard should the phone be used to retrieve photos and memories. Received it back the following day. Fantastic and quick service and a beautiful dog who greeted myself and my mum as we entered. Will be using again.
