I want to say a sincere thank you to Paul and Olivia for their professionalism, understanding and support throughout the process of creating the memorial for our loved ones. Although there were some delays due to unexpected circumstances, they kept us informed and always handled everything with care and honesty.
The workmanship is beautiful — the memorial looks even better than we imagined, and seeing it brought a real sense of relief and comfort to my heart. Their compassion and dedication truly show in the final result.

Just want to thank the staff at Mcgarry’s ,especially Olivia for making the process so easy for me and my family at our difficult time.
From the first visit to Mcgarrys Moston to inquire about a head stone for my mum who had passed , Olivia was so easy to speak to and wasn’t just sell ,sell ,sell like others who we had been to before going there.
Olivia listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas and options what was a massive help. It was nice to speak to someone who cared about how the customer felt and wasn’t just trying to make the sale, made us feel at ease from the off.
The whole process was seamless from start to finish and we were kept in the loop the whole time.
We contacted Olivia a couple of times to add extra wording and designs, which they was so accommodating to do.
I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. My mums head stone and kerb set looks amazing, she would have been so happy with how it looks.
It was always great to call in and see Busby the staffy at the same time., Gorgeous friendly dog.

Would highly recommend Mcgarry memorials. They are a family run business which I think really pays dividend in their care and compassion when advising and helping families at a time of grief. Paul was really thorough when going through the options and we were really delighted in the overall cost. Olivia was really patient in allowing us to change wording and font and made sure that the overall result was something that we were all happy with. The headstone is now in place and looks lovely.

I highly recommend the services of McGarry Memorials for their professional and friendly approach. I appreciated the advice that I received from Paul and Olivia regarding choice of wording and lettering on a replacement headstone that I ordered. As I live in Wiltshire, Olivia’s contact updating progress, and photographs of the headstone when finally in place were very helpful. Very pleased with the outcome.
Attended to make enquiries about a headstone, kerb set for my parents. The staff were so understanding, gave advice , pricing, time for completion and did not rush me.
Step by step advice was given , along with the process that would be undertaken for installation of the above.
It's a family run business, the most reassuring part of the appointment was knowing that both your loved o es that have passed will be looked after, along with the ones left behind. THEY GENUINELY CARE. The service , courtesy, attention& care is both flawless and Bourne out of respect 🙏.
My experience has been awful. Sheer lack of empathy, poor customer service, severe lack of communication. Order for a headstone placed in Feb 25, and as of today 21st Oct I'm still waiting for the headstone to be fitted.

Unfortunately, the granite arrived around three weeks later than expected due to a shipping delay outside of our control. Once it arrived, your memorial was ready to view on 4th September, though we understand you were away and able to come in on 3rd October instead.
We always aim to fit memorials within 10 working days of receiving the final payment. In this case, we had hoped to complete the fitting by 17th October, but the recent spell of extreme weather meant we had to postpone for safety reasons. The memorial was fitted on 22nd October, just a few days later than planned.
We truly apologise for the inconvenience this caused and hope you’re happy with the finished memorial.

I would absolutely highly recommend this company to anyone. Paul & Olivia were amazing, they took care of everything from start to finish. This is not something I wish to have to do again but if I do, then I will definitely use McGarry Memorials. I cried when I saw the completed headstone (tears of joy) it was so much more than I expected it to be, it was just perfect. They deserve so much credit for what they do and how they look after their customers, they are very professional and compassionate. Thank you Paul & Olivia and the rest of the team.
