Από την πρώτη κιόλας συνεδρία κατάλαβα ότι είχα βρει την ψυχοθεραπεύτρια που μου ταιριάζει, η παρουσία της έχει μια γλυκιά, γαλήνια αύρα που σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα και ασφαλής να ανοιχτείς. Είναι εξαιρετικά γλυκιά, προσιτή και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με τρόπο ουσιαστικό, σε κάθε συνεδρία νιώθω ότι κάνω ένα πραγματικό βήμα μπροστά, με ακούει με προσοχή και δείχνει αληθινό ενδιαφέρον. Κάτι που εκτιμώ ιδιαίτερα στη δουλειά μας είναι ο τρόπος που με βοηθάει να συνδεθώ περισσότερο με το σώμα μου και μέσα από αυτό να καταλάβω καλύτερα τον εαυτό μου. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά μια θεραπεύτρια με ενσυναίσθηση, γνώση και μια ζεστή, θετική ενέργεια!! ✨

Η προσέγγιση της Μελίνας μου ταίριαξε απόλυτα. Είχα κουραστεί απλώς να μιλάω για τις σκέψεις και τα συναισθήματά μου, ήθελα να καταλάβω τι πραγματικά θέλουν να μου πουν και πώς μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω αυτά τα “μηνύματα” για να βελτιώσω τη ζωή μου και να εξελιχθώ. I have been doing online therapy with Melina for the last year and a half and she has helped me cope with so many of my recent life changes. I have seen many different therapists before and what sets Melina apart from all those other therapists is her unique approach to situations that I deal with on a daily basis. The way she explains things makes it much easier to comprehend vs using a bunch of technical terms. She really knows how to connect with a patient and I truly feel she understands me. I appreciate her holistic approach and her encouragement to look inward and find strength and courage to face my everyday challenges. Her sessions make me feel very safe and comfortable which is so important in a therapist. I have also taken a few in person yoga classes with her and the way she incorporates behavioral health along with movement is genius and really works well for me.
