I am very grateful for Aimee and Carlos! I hired a different law firm for my Bankruptcy case that I highly regret. The previous law firm was very rude to me. Did not disclose any important information that I needed. I called this firm in tears and explained my situation and frustration from the previous firm. I was quickly transferred over to Carlos he took the time to explain to me a lot of things. Then I received a phone call from Amiee she took a look at my case and gave me the peace of mind I needed. I found Aimee after a not so great experience with a previous attorney. I actually found her on Tiktok and I liked that she took the time to explain things in her videos, her positive encouraging nature put me at ease and I love supporting other women who own their own businesses :). From there I had my consultation call with Carlos, who immediately put me at ease. After that, it's honestly been so much less stress than I expected, a lot of my worries were from me, not actual things to worry about. Aimee, Leidy, Camila have all been so nice and helpful and answered questions for me when I had them. When they need something, they let me know. It's been nice knowing my case is in good hands and trusting that I've hired a great attorney and they have my best interest in mind and handling it for me. My wife and I were drowning in debt and couldn’t see a way out of it. We contacted Aimee Melich Law firm and they decides to review our case and recommended us to file for a chapter 7. Everything was done online which is wonderful. Not many firms do that. We got our court meeting on a Wednesday and 2 days later our case was approved and we are only waiting on the dismissal.
