Megasealed has just completed the regrouting of our shower, and I couldn't be happier with the result.
From the initial contact through to the inspection and quotation process, the Megasealed team inspired confidence that the work would be completed to a very high standard.
While the existing grout was still mostly sound, it had become increasingly susceptible to surface mould, requiring regular cleaning, and was beginning to deteriorate in places due to moisture. The completed work has exceeded our expectations.
Errol, the Megasealed technician who carried out the regrouting, was professional, courteous, and happy to answer all of my questions. His attention to detail, workmanship, and clean-up were outstanding.
The tile corners have now been sealed using the same two-part epoxy system applied to the floor grout, which carries a five-year warranty. This is a far more durable and attractive solution than the ageing silicone sealant that was previously in place.
Thank you to Errol and the entire Megasealed team for a job very well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending Megasealed to others and only wish we had arranged this work sooner.

We just recently resealed our upstairs balcony, which was actually leaking into out kitchen. The team were extremely helpful and spent a lot of time onsite working everything out, even before we had committed to going with them. Now the balcony is done and we couldn't be happier!

We recently discovered the grout around our shower drain had degraded and water was leaking through the tile floor. Megasealed were quick to quote and assess the issue, and once we locked in a time, the demolition and tiling were completed seamlessly. Dion, our tiler, was fantastic — attentive to detail, professional, and the quality of his work is outstanding. Our shower looks incredible and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Needed resealing and regrouting within the main bathroom shower. Megasealed were quick to attend to provide the quote and organise the work. Tarun did a great job with the grouting and sealing and everything looks great. Would definitely recommend

Terrible customer service and horrible communication throughout the process. Then they left the whole house in an absolute mess and refused to take any responsibility for it. They have now called me multiple times to organise the job, despite it already being completed. Just extremely disorganised and unprofessional.

Kurt did a great job, was quick, efficient and very tidy. I had him come back to correct a very slight colour bleed from the floor to the wall but it was absolutely no trouble.
The shower looks amazing and the whole process, from quote to completion was very good.
