Can’t recommend enough. We booked a low height superhero bouncy castle, Batman ball pit and 4 diddi cars. Everything was in great condition. Easy to book, reminders sent. On the day they were already there at the venue when we arrived. Swift set up and run through of anything we needed whilst the party was on. Arrived at the end of the party to take down but didn’t push the kids to get off quickly My son had a fantastic 4th birthday party at Hampton Bishop Village Hall.

We had megabounce provide a Minecraft bouncy castle for our son’s birthday. Unfortunately it was the night after all the floods across Monmouthshire and Herefordshire. I called first thing and was able to speak to someone who was proffesional and kind. I was very worried it would be cancelled but he assured me if he could find a way he’d be there, and he was. The kids loved it, easy set up and although collection time had to change because of the floods we were kept updated and all went smoothly. I couldn’t fault them and was really happy with the service! Thank you!

In the last 4yrs I've hired from here at least 6 times and they are absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend. Great team who are always friendly, on time and go out of their way to accommodate your requests even if you do only give them a few hours notice! I will certainly be hiring from them for another few more years to come.

We’ve used this company on multiple occasions for different student events, and the inflatable nightclub always goes down a treat! The students absolutely love it. I can’t fault the team — communication is excellent, and they always deliver and collect on time. The nightclub itself is brilliant and very reasonably priced compared to others. We’ll definitely continue using them in the future!

Had a great experience with megabounce. the gentleman who delivered it was great in communicating with me and having everything set up quickly and easily. The children loved the bouncy castle especially my little boy whose birthday it was for, and when it was time for collection it was picked up promptly and efficiently. Will definitely be booking with them again as they are a lovely bunch! Really friendly and easy to chat with and they’re organisation skills are definitely on point.
