Where to start? Two technicians across two days arrived without the tools they needed to address a clogged drain! On the first day, the technician arrived 4 hours after the appointment window I was given. No one called to let me know the tech would be late. That guy, tried his best but didn't have the specific piece of equipment needed to resolve the clog. He left extensive notes for the guy that returned the next day. That guy swore there were no notes about the job and he didn't have the equipment. So, we waited another hour for the equipment to arrive. I get that unclogging a toilet is a messy job, but the guy didn't even try to minimize the flow of sewage out of the pipe and he used the machine. "Stuff" went everywhere. When it came time to clean up, he asked if I had any paper towels. I paid over $1000 for this experience.

Great guys! Thorough service. Also, had them install an air scrubber and they did it quickly and cleanly. I have used ME Flow for a number of plumbing and HVAC issues over the last decade. The ownership change worried me initially but they haven’t missed a beat; maybe even better!

I have an older heating unit that was constantly needing new parts. Of course the furnace quit working when you need it most. They came out and after a brief discussion we realized it was time to upgrade. This was on a Thursday, and by Monday they were installing a new system. They guys are always professional and knowledgeable. I have a home warranty but since they are unreliable at best, I call ME FLOW when it comes to important items.
