Recent: I had a toilet problem - tank was noticeably loose from the seat. Relatively new toilet installed. ME Flow technician, Pierce, responded to my request for help. On time, knowledgeable about my community (condo), very knowledgeable about toilet installations. He promptly resolved the loose connection between tank and seat, and then examined the connection of the toilet to the pipe in the floor (a serious problem if was not correct). He found some problem with the original connection and with great effort reseated the toilet and made it secure and safe. His greater focus on the overall equipment and function was professionally done and greatly appreciated. My 'go-to' company for HVAC, plumbing, and related issues will always be ME Flow. Special thanks to Pierce - very smart, careful, patient, and gracious.
Review year + ago: I had a complete HVAC system replacement. My M.E. Flow technician was Miguel Orosco. He was on time, skilled, and worked through the entire day. Considerate, neat, careful, and focused. He provided detailed guidance on what he had done, and how I operate my new system. I can't ask for more. Thank you M.E. FLOW & Miguel! Also thanks to Sabah Lopez who scheduled my work, offered a fair price, and made the paperwork clear and simple. I've used M.E. Flow numerous times - they are skilled, reliable, and super.

Technician arrived promptly. He completed the task of changing out a part in a short time. He remained to ensure that my HVAC system was responding correctly. The technician was friendly and professional. Happy to have it completed.

Hugo and Jorge were excellent installers. It was an all day process but they clearly explained to me what they were doing and how the new system should work. It was an exhausting day but the workmanship was excellent!!!

Where to start? Two technicians across two days arrived without the tools they needed to address a clogged drain! On the first day, the technician arrived 4 hours after the appointment window I was given. No one called to let me know the tech would be late.
That guy, tried his best but didn't have the specific piece of equipment needed to resolve the clog. He left extensive notes for the guy that returned the next day. That guy swore there were no notes about the job and he didn't have the equipment. So, we waited another hour for the equipment to arrive.
I get that unclogging a toilet is a messy job, but the guy didn't even try to minimize the flow of sewage out of the pipe and he used the machine. "Stuff" went everywhere. When it came time to clean up, he asked if I had any paper towels. I paid over $1000 for this experience.
I called the number in your response a few days ago and left a message with my number. No one has returned my call.
