Outstanding and seamless care The entire process was seamless and highly efficient! I was able to have a video consultation with Dr. Livnat Alon the same day, and she provided excellent follow-up for several days afterward. Knowing that I could continue reaching out to her during my trip gave me great peace of mind. The service exceeded my expectations, and the fee was very fair for the outstanding care I received. Highly recommend!

I was feeling quite under the weather and decided to call Dr. Guerriero just to check that I was not anything too serious. He was super responsive, fast, efficient, and helpful! Dr. Guerriero was friendly and quick to identify my symptoms and also helped me get the necessary medications. I would highly recommend this service to anyone studying abroad or who needs emergency medical treatment while traveling!

I am an American working on a Temporary assignment in Genoa Italy and was running low on my prescription medication. With the assistance of MedinAction I was able to get a telehealth appointment with an attentive Doctor who cared for my needs that same day. She was able to assist me further when I arrived to the Pharmacy and communicated my needs much clearer than I could since I do not speak Italian. I woke up in a lot of pain so I booked (for the first time) an online appointment which was very easy and quick through the MedinAction website. That same morning Dr. Livnat called me and was very kind - she asked lots of questions, was very clear on the do's and don'ts, and sent me the necessary prescriptions and doctor's note. She also kept checking in on me during the day and answering any additional questions that I had, which was fantastic. It's so comforting to know that this service exists and is easily available to expats!! ❤️
