Update: David reached out to me and in under a hour had both my parents enrolled for next year! Your help was greatly appreciated David! Would love to leave higher review but not possible . Tried getting ahold of Miranda multiple times through email since October 31st , no response. I’ve completed scope of appointments . Tried reaching out to website, no response. I’m needing to get my parents Medicare changed before the window closes. If you don’t want their business or you’re too busy please let me know so I can reach out to someone else.
