The Medical Acupuncture team is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to trust. I’ve struggled with bad arthritis and scar tissue build up from a sports related injury about 10 years ago. Shockwave therapy provided immediate results by relieving any pain and discomfort in my knee. Sometimes staying active just isn’t enough. I highly recommended trying shockwave therapy! Thank you to the entire MA team! 🙏

I found Medical Acupuncture through Facebook. I was so impressed my first visit. The staff was very friendly and greeted me upon my arrival. The first visit was all about getting to know my concerns and what goals I wanted to achieve. It is such a relaxing and welcoming environment that you truly feel at peace with each visit. If you are afraid of needles, don't be. The first week of treatment is to see how your body responds. You need to be open minded and calm when you receive these treatments. The mind is a very powerful tool to heal your body. After about two weeks into treatment I felt different already. I was more relaxed, started sleeping better and my muscle aches went away. This is my experience and if you are thinking about trying acupuncture as form of healing, I would highly recommend this office. If you are worried about the cost they do have ways to assist you with a payment plan. However, I look at the cost as investing in my health and my future.

Medical Acupuncture has been a Godsend to me. I went to them because of pains I have had in my neck for years due to scar tissue. Their shock therapy treatment confirmed this was my issue. I was diagnosed with an aneurysm last Oct. and just had my annual follow up MRA 2 weeks ago and the aneurysm is gone! There is no other explanation for it except the shock therapy treatment breaking up the scar tissue. The area where my aneurysm was at was in the soft tissue and was made up of collagen which is what scar tissue is made of. I overproduce collagen and so it all made sense. I hope to address other areas of concern with scar tissue soon through the shock therapy. I would highly recommend Medical Acupuncture to anyone dealing with unresolved and misdiagnosed pain.

I can’t say enough great things about this place and their treatments. I opted to add Acupunture to my recovery journey from an ankle fracture. I was told the process would be slow and painful, and the horror stories were never ending. However, I believed that with enough hard work from my part and the right treatment team on my side I would see improvement. Needless to say, my recovery has been expedited by receiving Acupunture, Hiroko AP has listened to every one of my concerns and has address them efficiently. My surgeon and physical therapist have been really impressed with my healing and improvement in range of motion, swelling, flexibility, mobility, and pain control. I truly owe all this to MA’s team, especially Hiroko! I am forever grateful.

Jury is still out. This was my second of 12 sessions and I am waiting to see some improvement. Was told in the beginning that it may take 4-6 sessions to feel some results. Will see and I will update my review once it is over. Kinda pricy so I am looking for acceptable increase in my ROM due to a TKR and a buildup of scar tissue. Can only bend to about 90 degrees. Yuck. The technician seems experienced and has found "areas" that are being addressed but I do note that the machine is only being used for 10 minutes per session, where I was led to believe the sessions were going to be 15 minutes. Technician said this is all my body can take so I am a bit confused and will ask the owner next session.
