My experience with Medalco was exceptional, and I'm thrilled to share this glowing review. Their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Medalco consistently goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. What sets them apart is not only their modern and luxurious ideas but also their incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.
Medalco was given the task of completing our kitchen island and counter top by our contractor. We requested that they use a custom cut on a slab for the island and to use prehab for the countertops. Without discussing with us, they returned the prefab material we chose and exchanged it for anothet slab of the same material so they could make another custom cut. The results as you can see were uneven and poor. The fact that they did not inform us that they were trading out our selected prehab, shows a lack of professionalism and honesty. I would say there are better options out there then this.

Firstly, it’s important to note that we were hired as a subcontractor for this project, and much of our coordination was directed by one contractor. The work was divided into two parts—one under the supervision of the contractor and the other directly with you and as we know you didn’t have problem with our directly job( island) installation.
Regarding the photos you mentioned, they are outdated. We have since replaced the stone, and the updated images of the completed work are available. After replacing the materials and completing the reinstallation, our team assessed the work and found everything to be of a satisfactory standard. However, understanding that you were still not fully satisfied, we offered additional solutions.
Our team has made continuous efforts to ensure your satisfaction. We even suggested repurchasing all the materials and reinstalling everything from scratch. Alternatively, we offered to provide you with the materials so you could oversee the installation yourself. As for the materials, they were sourced from Granite Expo, which offers them in two sizes. We only adjusted the size to fit your requirements, and due to your dissatisfaction, we repurchased the same material for the reinstallation.
Additionally, we chose not to charge you for any of the work, materials, or services, ensuring you incurred no costs for our work.
We are truly sorry that the results did not meet your expectations, but please know that our team made every effort to ensure your satisfaction throughout the project. Furthermore, we are open and ready to consider any suggestions or solutions you may have in order to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Medalco has the amazing waterjet capability for not just staight cutting of thick materials, but also precise angled or mitered cuts. For my job they were also fast and affordable. They also had nonproblem handling my giant sheet of ceramic.
I had the pleasure of working with Nikta and her team to install a wine wall in our dining room and I love it! Very professional, knowledgeable and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
I used their service to fabricate kitchen countertops and backsplash using large format porcelain tile. They provided reasonable price quote up front. Once the kitchen cabinets are installed , Ali's team came for measurement and finished installation 2 weeks later. Installation process was very smooth. Medalco's team is very professional. The fabrication and cuts are precise and only needed a little adjustment on site for everything to fit snuggly. Great job!
I used Nikta to install quartz countertops in the kitchen though her price was not cheap but went with her team because of great reviews in the yelp. Her installer did install the counter tops but missed the hole for airgap. Later my plumber insisted me to have the hole to install dishwasher so I requested Nikta to send her installer just to make the hole, initially she promissed falsely to find installer and send him but afer that she stopped responding to my phone calls, text messages like that she kept me in waiting for 2 days. On third day after follow up she sent message that her installer will stop by before noon but no one showed up hence contacted her again she made false promise again that he would come before end of the day but never came, after that again she stopped responding to my messages.
She did not behave like professional in her communications. I simply wasted 3 days waiting for her installer finally I paid some one else and got it done. Had she was honest atleast and told me can not do it as part of my original payment then I would have used some one else on first day itself without waiting. I really upset with her and don't recommend her business. I have no trust in her that she will attend any issues with counter tops arise later nor she provide any labor warranty.
Nikta and her team were super professional throughout the whole process. The installation was just perfect, the team worked all day to get it done and went above an beyond to get it right. I would highly recommend this company, the price was also very attractive compared to others around the area. The project involved: quartz kitchen counters with matching backsplash and a waterfall island.

Ali is very easy to work with. He and his wife were very supportive at every stage of our kitchen and bathroom project, from selecting the stones to the final installation. Ali is very thorough in getting the job done perfectly. We had a couple of issues that had to be taken care after the install. He quickly came with the crew and took care of it to our satisfaction.
Ali and his staff are top notch. They helped us install new quartz countertops in our bathrooms for our remodel, and they came out stunningly well. While chatting with them during the install, it seemed like they really knew what they were doing. For example, Ali mentioned that they would be intentionally adding a tiny grading to the bathroom counters so that water wouldn't spill onto the ground, and he also went out of his way to bring caulking that was a color match for the quartz so that the seams would all blend in. We did have a bit of an issue where one of our bathroom corners were not as square as it needed to be for the quartz to be installed very flush against the wall, but Ali was gracious enough to come back a second time and reinstall a new piece to make sure we had a perfect fit. Everything about this team was very professional: they were efficient, precise, and were very careful in the installation process.
We recently finished remodeling part of our home including the kitchen. We were introduced to Ali at Medalco for the countertops. Ali came to do the measurement of the cabinets and the island as soon as the base cabinets were installed. He got the stone my wife had selected, and told us he will do his best to do the cutting at their workshop ASAP. He came with his crew right on the day he'd promised. They spent a few hours carefully installing the stones. The end result was perfect! Nice looking countertops, something that shows the professional workmanship and care they put into their work. We are very grateful to them and have been recommending them to our friends and family, and now to you, dear Yelp reader!
We did a major remodeling of our house and I had looked for months unable to decide on the color and make of the slab for the counter tops and island. I was introduced to Medalco's lovely owners Ali and Nikta by our contractor. Once Nikta stepped in things went very smoothly. She is knowledgeable about stones and designed and knows the right people and places to help make a decision. She responds to emails and texts promptly with answers which I truly appreciate. They fabricated my slabs and installed them as well. Their service is professional and on time. Ali is kind and understanding and always smiling. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and work with them again in the future.

We were looking for a granite countertop for our kitchen's island. I was searching on internet to find what's the best method to cut the countertop, especially for our countertop which I wanted to have some curves, to my surprise "water jet" method came first! So, I searched online and I found Medalco and called them to see what they have for us. They showed us different materials from catalog and we got what we wanted. Beside they gave me discount on their cutting service and installation since I bought the countertop from them. It's nicely done in few days, the installer came to our house and installed the countertop. They did such a great job!

We worked with the owner, Alireza, and his team to install new island and counter tops in the kitchen as well as vanity and stone around the tub in master bathroom. The product was/is high quality. We used Medalco for a large remodeling project after we purchased our home in Los Altos Hills and we could not be happier with their service and professionalism.
