The guys worked their tails off! All of them were super polite and professional. They worked hard wrapping everything very carefully and loading it and unloading it efficiently. We did go past the 5.5hr max so I’m very grateful that they have pricing setup with min/max. Highly recommend!!

Let me just say, the 6 young men that helped me were AMAZING! As soon as they got to my house, they took all my anxiety away. What a blessing.. Respectful, enegergized, positive attitudes and they worked the entire time! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was great to hear about their future life ambitions as they worked as well! Its refreshing to see young adults with great work ethics and love what they are doing. Great futures ahead! They wrapped everything and took care of my belongings. I wouldn't use anyone else and I will use them again. Thank you fellas! Great job!!!
Absolutely appalling experience! First of all, they charge per box packed so most of the boxes were 60% full at most upon unpacking so they can charge more.
There were additional issues during the move that were somewhat resolved. But the movers are poorly trained in moving furniture & completely scratched up the flooring in my new apartment!!
They bombard you with calls & texts to book the job. But when I filed a claim, any communication has been ignored for over a month now. I moved to an apartment complex that has their own contractor for the flooring & after multiple inquiries, Meathead finally responded that they need TWO estimates before they even take a look at the claim. Why is the customer supposed to get the estimates instead of the people who caused the damage!!!??? This is the worst moving experience I've ever had and do not recommend this company to anyone. I am completely dismayed with how they handle things.
**Shocked at lack of follow up, 8 months later, all requested quotes & claims have been submitted , and after multiple attempts to contact, ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP!!

HE SAID YES I PAID BILL. NEXT THING I KNOW LIL OF A MONTH LATER I HAVE THIS JORDAN GUY CALLING ME TELLING ME I HAVE A BALANCE OF $400 AND SOME ODD DOLLARS. SEEM LIKE THEY SCAM YOU AT THE VERY END.AND GET YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY EVEN WHEN THEY SAID WHEN I PAID BILL THAT WOULD BE FINAL COST- JUST BAD BISINESS.I WOULD HAVE PAID IT ALL AT ONCE LIKE I DID BUT THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM OVER THERE. BEWERE OF THESE GUYS AFTER THEY MOVE YOU EXPECT A PHONE CALL DEMANDING MORE MONEY. IF NOT THEY WILL THREATEN YOU WITH COLLECTIONS .BEWARE OF THESE GUYS

This was an internal error on our part, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. For clarity, the remaining balance was $250, not $400.
