I contacted Travis for an appraisal of my home that I recently inherited and wanted to establish a value to have an agreement with my brother for his half of the value. Not only was Travis quick to help out, but he also noticed an error on our tax liability for a sun porch that was classified as "dwelling" on the tax record. Since it did not have A/C or minisplit system, I was able to have the city assessor come back out to make the correction. Thanks Travis and THANK YOU Measured Values!!!
