I can't say enough positive things about this company as they went above and beyond for us in replacing an indoor coil in a Lennox system. Great communication and just very friendly and honest on pricing and what their service would involve. Their technicians showed up 15 minutes early and got the job done.

I had a wonderful experience with Dial One Mears AC & Heating. When I called the schedule my appointment they were able to come the very next day! I found out they are a family-owned business and I was so happy to support them. Adam was my technician and was AWESOME! He was so thorough and explained everything that he was going to do as well as offering tips to keep up on maintenance for my A/C units. He was so kind and friendly and really went above and beyond what was expected. He also patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Thank you dial one mears. You guys were amazing to interact with and helped us with a cleaning and an ac health check, which found two parts that would have caused us problems in the near future, on our recently purchased home. Jared, the tech, was prompt, knowledgeable, and helped give a couple of recommendations on how to better cool the house. He was very friendly and was more than willing to help and send pictures of the ac unit and the parts that needed attention urgently. Overall, I had a great experience with these guys and will definitely be using them again for all and every hvac need. Once again, thank you guys.

One of our AC unit’s condenser and fan stopped working in early June. Our usual AC company assessed the issue and quoted nearly $10,000 for the repair. Unsure about the cost, we decided to get other opinions—and we’re so glad we did. We reached out to Dial One Mears, and they were incredibly responsive and kind. They came out the same day to inspect the system and not only confirmed the original issue but also discovered a leaking coil. They went above and beyond, calling around the entire valley to locate the last available coil. The very next day, they returned to complete the repair—for just a third of the price quoted by the previous company! We’ll be using Dial One Mears exclusively moving forward. They’re honest, professional, and truly care about their customers. Huge thanks to Adam and RJ for making our home livable again in the brutal Arizona heat. We can’t recommend them enough!

Been using Mears AC for years at my house. Very reliable, very trustworthy, and on time. Things have always been explained to me in detail before any work is done. Pricing is transparent and always shown to you up front. I also have a maintenance plan with them. They check my system twice per year - one in the spring and once in the fall. Keeps it running smoothly. I believe you will have a similar experience.
