This is the second home that I’ve had Meadows Garage Doors come out to. I needed some basic help with my garage door opener and wanted some routine maintenance done that I hadn’t had time to schedule since purchasing and moving into my house. Brett could not have been more helpful or professional. He took the time to explain things to me, advised me on best next steps, gave suggestions to keep things running smoothly, etc. I continue to be impressed by the excellent customer service given by all employees I interact with—from the phone call to schedule to the technicians who come onsite. Rafael was our Tech on 5/4. Rafael brought experience and expertise and a great attitude to replacing our springs on our garage door. His professionalism and service acumen really showed as he teamed up with Office Manager, Amanda Freeman to work through a software glitch with GreenSky Credit.Together they clearly demonstrated it’s not the problem but how you resolve the problem that builds a relationship. Rafael is a real asset and “brand ambassador” for Meadows. His service focus and attention to detail was phenomenal. I would recommend Meadows without hesitation because of Rafael and Amanda. Let me first say that I cannot recommend John and Meadows enough. The professionalism won me over for replacing my garage door. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up on time! (A different company gave us a 4 hour window and were 30 mins late). John really listened to how we used our garage door and recommended the best option, even an option to repair the door for much less than a new door. (Repair wasn’t even offered with the other company and their least expensive option was thousands more than John’s quote). We were given an almost seamless ability to choose a financing option that was built into our cost estimate. (The other company gave us the “let me check in the warehouse” slightly better deal and only offered financing as a DO IT NOW! tactic). When it came time to install the door, John was on time (5 mins early), helped me get my hiding cat into the house, and took extra care to not let the other cats get out. He installed the door quickly (<3 hours), cleaned up the area, took the old door and trash with him, and walked us through everything he had done. It’s unfortunate that we will probably not get very many chances to recommend John and Meadows very often, but I can guarantee he will get every recommendation that I can give.

My experience with Meadows Garage Door Repair & Installation was awesome and terrific. I met up with Cutter Stephens the technician to replace the spring on my garage. Cutter was very informative and enthusiastic about the services he performed today. I got to know him through a great conversation while he performed the work order. He went above and beyond to do a maintenance service to the garage door as well. Today's work order was very acceptable. I would recommend Cutter and Meadows to all my neighbors, friends and family.

As a consumer we take a chance every time we need a service. Our garage door would not open. We called Meadows Garage Doors and from the first hello to schedule to the last wave and thank when our tech finished was a double 5 star choice. Our tech, Angel, was fully informative and patient with two senior citizens. He explained our choices and price thoroughly to repair our problem and then did an excellent job completing it...he was the perfect example of customer service and a true 10 star rating. Then, after I apologized for my lack of energy and understanding due to my ringing the "bell" for completing my last treatment, he said no apologies necessary. He left but came back with a huge bouquet of flowers from Meadows and a card applauding me.. Now that was over and above customer service..Thank you Angel !!!
