Professional and Polite
From scheduling to completion of work, everyone was polite and professional. I do not recall the scheduler's name, but Josh did outstanding work on my garage door.

Ghosted us
We called for a quote on replacing a broken spring on one garage door. The technician who came out proposed replacing the existing two doors with one big door. This hinged on whether there was a beam above the doors. We paid $400 for an engineer to come out & give his opinion. The company asked us to send a picture of the exterior of the garage. And that was it. We have not received any other communication from the company.Our garage door is still broken.

What a great experience. From the point of scheduling (Leah) which was easy and the technician (Jordan) who was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a sense that I know what I need to know to make the right decision. The execution of the work and explanation was very satisfying. Overall highly recommend the company which is local. We will be back for the garage door panels. Thank you.

I can’t say enough great things about Meadows Garage Doors! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I called about an issue with our garage door, and they had someone at our house within an hour!
Jacob was our technician, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, personable, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and had our garage door completely fixed within an hour of arriving.
It’s rare these days to find a company that combines this level of customer service, speed, and quality workmanship. From the time I made the phone call to having a fully working garage door was only about two hours. You seriously can’t beat that!
Huge shoutout to Jacob and Meadows Garage Doors! They’ve definitely earned our business, and I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My tech Jordan was AMAZING. So communicative, punctual, and incredibly kind. The company pricing was fair and clearly laid out. No hidden fees and no “gotcha” tactics. He was honest and open about the issue and didn’t try to upsell me. Everything was explained out before he started work. Even offered to cover his shoes before he came in.
I will 1000% recommend this company and especially Jordan to anyone.

Josh showed up same day to diagnose the issues and give us our pricing options (including financing). When we needed to talk it over first, he offered to come back the next day and do the work once we had decided which package we desired. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally.
