Went up to check on having windows tinted and top of windshield on our new truck and was pleasantly surprised they could do it the same day. They completed the job quickly and it looks amazing. Would highly recommend as a matter of fact we have 3 additional cars to be scheduled yet!

I paid $175 for the “Level 2 – Semi Annual Shampoo & Condition – Interior” service and even tipped almost $20 before seeing my car. Based on their own description, this service includes a deep vacuum, full interior wipe-down, shampooing, and leather cleaning/conditioning. Unfortunately, my car was nowhere near that standard. There was still dust and lint all over my dashboard, visible dirt on the door panels, and crumbs left in and under the seats — areas that should absolutely be addressed during a “deep vacuum.” The tight spaces and hard-to-reach areas were clearly not touched at all. Even more concerning, there is now a scratch on my seat that was NOT there prior to the service. I’ve included photos showing: • Debris still left behind after the “detail” • Missed cleaning in multiple areas • The damage to my seat For a service that advertises a full interior clean and condition at this price point, this result is unacceptable. This felt rushed and careless, not like a professional detailing service at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Windows are great however, the price wasn’t what I was told it was going to be. There was no extra charge when choosing options. The form was not very clear as far as the price going up.

Thank you for the feedback Daniel. Our prices are not hidden or hard to find, they are posted online publicly in our virtual shop. We are very upfront about pricing. You chose to upgrade your tint to the premium Ceramic from the original carbon tint we discussed. When you upgraded in the check in form you also signed off on the upgrade where it states "i acknowledge, understand, and accept all selections chosen above"

I recently received a special from MDX Detailing. So I scheduled an appointment. Once again they done a remarkable exterior wash and wax that looks superb. As a courtesy they quick cleaned the interior and cleaned the underneath of my truck to remove the horrible salt from the roads. Anson and his crew go above and beyond to do a good job. I definitely recommend MDX to anyone who wants to have their vehicle detailed. MDX has a top notch crew and they care about how the job turns out. Thanks MDX for a job well done.
