Can’t recommend Carly enough. She’s really professional and clearly explained the different types of carpets, which really helped us choose samples. She is friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process really easy. The carpet was fitted exactly when booked and I’m so happy with it. I’ll definitely be going back to Carly as we continue with our home renovation.

I came across MCS when we moved into our home two years ago and have been using Carly ever since! She is the best online find I’ve ever made! We started off doing a small cellar mothproof staircase carpet and have ended up redoing the whole house in one way or another. A particular highlight being a curved stair case runner carpet with contrasting border which had to be hand sewn. Carly has always taken the time to discuss options with me inc. pricing, availability, practicality and I value her opinion. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with herself & Terry and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Carly was fantastic as usual. We had such little time to get the job done but she managed it and the carpets and vinyl make the place look great. Pricing is very competitive and Carly is knowledgeable and professional. To be honest, I didn’t need to see the samples, I know that whatever she picked would look lovely. Would recommend her to anyone, she is brilliant! PS finger trouble in earlier review, but she and the company are definitely 5 star!

They were able to fit the job around my timelines with moving in and communicated each stage clearly so I knew when each room would be ready. We had a great experience with MCS, smooth from start to finish. Carly was brilliant to work with - friendly, great communication and really knowledgeable. She visited our home in person to showcase the samples which really helped us make the right decisions for our space. The fitters Terry and his sons were also great - we had both LVT and carpet installed, and the floors look amazing. We're so pleased with the work, it's transformed the house.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Carly was knowledgeable and very helpful every step of the way. Terry and his son were expert carpet fitters, professional and efficient. Even trimmed a door for me which was super helpful. Happy to support local family-run businesses who care about their customers. Unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences with large corporate retailers and (now bankrupt) carpet chains who were atrocious. I had to threaten legal action before they would admitted their fault and refunded me. Lesson learned... MCS Flooring is the way to go! Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

You could tell she really cared and wanted to make sure we got the right outcome, and worked well with us to also work within our budget. Treated our home like it was hers and did not just want to sell carpet! Fitters were fab too and the dog definitely approves! Thoroughly recommended!
