We had a great experience with MCS, smooth from start to finish. Carly was brilliant to work with - friendly, great communication and really knowledgeable. She visited our home in person to showcase the samples which really helped us make the right decisions for our space. The fitters Terry and his sons were also great - we had both LVT and carpet installed, and the floors look amazing. We're so pleased with the work, it's transformed the house.

We honestly wouldn’t use anyone but Carly and MCS Flooring. Their helpful advice, and customer service, is second to none. Carly’s dad, Ken, also laid many carpets for us before he retired, and we’ve never hesitated in recommending MCS to our family and friends.

Carly was excellent from start to finish never felt pressured when I changed my mind 🤣 she was so helpful with choices and on the day Terry and Harry arrived to fit the carpet and they were delightful as well I would highly recommend them all

Outstanding service from start to finish. Carly was knowledgeable and very helpful every step of the way. Terry and his son were expert carpet fitters, professional and efficient. Even trimmed a door for me which was super helpful. Happy to support local family-run businesses who care about their customers. Unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences with large corporate retailers and (now bankrupt) carpet chains who were atrocious. I had to threaten legal action before they would admitted their fault and refunded me. Lesson learned... MCS Flooring is the way to go! Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

MCS are a fantastic find! Carly helped me make the right decision for me without being pushy! You could tell she really cared and wanted to make sure we got the right outcome, and worked well with us to also work within our budget. Treated our home like it was hers and did not just want to sell carpet! Fitters were fab too and the dog definitely approves! Thoroughly recommended!

MCS Flooring provided us with amazing service. Carly was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to choosing the type of carpet that we wanted for our baby room and stairs. The samples she provided were useful and her own understanding of carpets helped us make a great choice. The fitting was a smooth process and the fitters have done an excellent job. We were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish! The carpet has really transformed our home and we can’t thank the team at MSC enough!

MCS flooring has been amazing. The thought of buying a new carpet can be quite daunting however this experience was like a walk in the park, thanks to Carley. Cannot recommend MCS Carpets highly enough. Carly was so friendly and helpful in getting the right carpet for Mum’s bedroom and the fitting was done with great efficiency and good humour. The carpet itself is very good quality, soft to walk on - and a lovely colour!

We are delighted with our carpets and Carly was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The whole process was super simple - which was a breath of fresh air in the midst of long renovation! I have used Carley on a few occasions now as she is so helpful and her carpets are of good quality and reasonably priced. I have recommended her to friends and family who have equally been happy. Her fitter is very professional and extremely tidy. Can’t praise this company enough.

From start to finish Carly made the process easy with Her knowledge and understanding of what was required. Pricing was very good with Carly providing tips and ideas to keep the cost down. The fitters were personable and friendly with nothing being an issue all round a first class experience 11 out of 10

Bernard and his team did a fantastic job for us last week. Really helpful too in advising what to do as our house is old! Am delighted with the end result, would highly recommend them on both service and value.

Myself and my Partner had all new carpets and vinyl kitchen flooring sorted via Carly. Excellent job which completely changes our house! Excellent customer service with a 1-to-1 consultation on what styles/materials would be best for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for new carpet or flooring in their home. 10/10

We've used Carly and MCS on two occasions now and I will never failed to be impressed by the service. Carly herself is so friendly and gives great advice when making choices. Terry, the fitter, and his son are lovely guys who get the job done thoroughly and with a smile and a chat! There's a huge amount of amazing options and at really competitive prices.

Carly was fantastic helping us find our perfect carpet! She has a fantastic attention to detail, colours and a great way of explaining. Great quality and fitting from MCS flooring. Will 100% be using again.
