Moved 17/03/25. Before the move Nick was approachable and knowledgeable, offering helpful tips and experience for packing up and moving, including electronics . The full team turned up to get things loaded up quickly and safely before going off to different jobs. Clearly a great team. Josh and Marie had us unloaded quickly and safely. Professional and friendly. Not a bash on anything. Genuinely nice people as well. Would use again.

I cannot recommend Nick and his team enough, from the start Nick was excellent in explaining the process and conducting a thorough walkthrough of my house via WhatsApp to ensure the right size van was provided. We needed to move our dates a few times and every time Nick was friendly, professional and helpful. On the day James and Marie were fabulous and efficient loading the van ensuring all our belongs were protected and stacked carefully. Unfortunately we had the worst news on the day that we couldn't complete on our onwards purchase, again Nick and the team were fabulous arranging to take all our things into storage as we still completed on the sale. Nick rearranged delivery at our new home when we (finally) moved in, James and (I'm so sorry I can't remember your colleagues name) were brilliant. They moved everything carefully in to the rooms requested and were very polite. A few days later we noticed we were missing a couple of items (it happens and absolute no fault of the team). Nick tracked them down and kindly arranged delivery to my parents as we were away. Overall they truly are a 5* company with 5* service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are also competitively priced and are highly experienced which when you end up in an unforeseen situation is invaluable and saved us a lot of stress. Thank you so much to you all! 😊

Highly recommend! Nick was very nice and helpful on the phone and managed to fit us in quite last minute. On moving day, Marie, Josh and James made our house move so easy. They made what could have been a really stressful day feel quite easy. They were so friendly and polite, as well as being incredibly professional. Hopefully we won't be moving again for several years but I would 100% use these guys again.

I can't say enough times how lovely and professional Nick and his Team are. From start to finish, my initial request for a quote was answered by Nick straight away and he reorganised his diary to fit us in. He then arranged storage after the move fell apart with 2 days to go. They arrived on time on all 3 occasions and are just amazing. If you need a removal or storage company phone Nick, they are brilliant.

Great service from the team. James, Marie and Josh worked incredibly hard all day and were all very positive, polite and with a real ‘can do’ approach. Hopefully we won’t be moving again any time soon but, if so, would certainly use Manchester Removals again. Strongly recommended.

They were really helpful and friendly. They really helped me, they did a fantastic job of packing my flat up, they labelled all the boxes and stacked them neatly, everything was packed securely and there were no breakages during the move, I would definitely recommend this company.

The team at Manchester Removals were exactly what we hoped for: knowledgable, skilled, professional and courteous. Our pre-review with Nick made sure we knew what to expect and how to prepare and he kept in communication to ensure we understood the process and knew our responsibilities. The team arrived on time, emptied our house with speed and care and made sure to keep us informed of anything. If we had questions, or requests, they were happy to accommodate us. Overall, we had a great experience and they made a fairly stressful day much easier for us. I would definitely hire them again should we ever move.

The guys really made the move so easy, and super friendly too. They answered all out questions and took the time to provide prompt replies to our queries before the move, which we really appreciated. On the day itself we had quite a lot of pictures and some fragile items and they took care to place them in dedicated picture bags and wrapped them carefully so we had no breakages. They represent good value and top class service.

The team were absolutely brilliant helping us through a rather stressful move ... they were professional, polite, friendly and went over and above when our first completion fell through.... delivering us our fish tank and bed out of hours, storing our belongings with zero hassle and rescheduling us quickly for our 2nd removal early the next week. Highly recommended.

Great service! All the crew were friendly and helpful. Packed up the flat quickly and on time. Even though we didn’t end up getting the keys to the next house until late on completion day everyone remained helpful and upbeat despite the late finish. Thought the price was very fair too. Would recommend to anyone who is moving!

Outstanding Service, Nick and the team, Nicky and James, fulfilled the challenge. Moving house is meant to be a stressful time, but the stress was taken away, and they certainly lived up to their commitment. We probably got in the way at times, like you do, but they were courteous at all times . A MAZE ING!

A brilliant company with excellent customer service and great care and efficiency during moving. Nick was exceptionally patient and helpful as we had to keep delaying our move date. We then found our completion date did not line up with end of tenancy and we were able to also purchase storage for our items at a rolling rate. This flexibility supported us in a very stressful time and I could not have done it without them. In terms of the actual move-out and move-in days James and Clint were brilliant. They were extremely friendly and efficient in packing up our belongings and giving us guidance on how to pack things. The rebuilding of our Ikea furniture was also extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend this company and would use them again in future. Thank you!

Big move from Leicester to Manchester and it was fantastic service by Manchester Removals and Storage. Nick was extremely helpful beforehand. On the moving day, James and Tyler were brilliant and reassuring. Everything was removed and delivered with great care to our new flat in Manchester. Truly professional service, with a personal touch. Nick was contactable every step of the way, and was flexible to our needs throughout the process. Shout out to Marie & Clint, who were an absolute dream team - we were amazed at how quickly but delicately they packed up our possessions (including expertly taking down & rebuilding 2 IKEA wardrobes + 2 double beds). They were very friendly, and they managed us throughout the packing day & moving day. I highly recommend them for any future jobs.
