They have provided me with a quote for other services they could perform at my home, like interior window cleaning, and given me a no-hassle, no-pressure quote when on-site. And when I chose not to proceed with those extras, they proceeded with their work without making me feel any pressure. To show their appreciation for my loyalty as a return customer, I always get a $10 off coupon by mail for my next service, which is a great way to keep me coming back for more!

The team paid attention to detail and left every window spotless—honestly better than I expected. They were also respectful of my home and worked efficiently without cutting corners. I was very impressed by the communication to schedule both gutter cleaning and window cleaning... AND they offer to clean window tracks (yes!) and window screens (yes!). All work is detailed in the invoice, so you know what you are paying for (like french windows and doors). I love that! The workers were thorough and efficient, the windows shine!

I have used LA McMahon for our windows for maybe, oh, 15 years and can't imagine using anyone else. They come twice a year and I always say it's my favorite 2 days of the year! I am very particular about windows, and I trust Alphonso and his crew 100% to both do a great job and take great care of the windows, floor, furnishings, etc. Plus they are just genuinely nice people! I have recommended them to many, many friends and will continue to do so.

LA McMahon Window Washing, Inc. was referred to me by the property management company. The service from start to finish is professional. Arriving ahead of schedule, they consulted with me first on that timeframe. Then, Rafael took careful instructions, and he and his teammate got to work. The quote was very fair, and included a discount, which I did not expect. They were finished in no time, and what a difference! My only critique is to pay a bit more attention to the bottom of the windows. A couple small spots were missed near the bottom sash rails, but overall, they did a great job! I will refer LA McMahon Window Washing to my friends and family.
