McDivitt law handled my case like pros. You’re already insanely stressed and feel like you’re in the dark when you’re going through a workers comp situation or when hiring your first attorney and don’t know what to expect, but they made the journey smooth sailing for the most part. There were a few moments it took a little bit to hear back from the office after leaving voicemails, but that’s the only negative! They are professional, competent, and approachable.

Awful service Tony and Claudia took my case on July 17 2025 got me to go to the Emergency room at Grandview hospital then after few weeks later dropped my case how unprofessional team work at that law firm. Hopefully this will help others victims like they show me how they showed me.

I wish I had something positive to say about McDivitt Law but, I don't. It was a total nightmare from day one, I got the impression that Joel was intemimated by opposing council he kept asking me "why are they being so mean is there something I need to know, "it seemed like the the whole time he was interrogating me he would ask me the same thing over and over. He was playing both sides he was not trying to get me very much money at all he said they don't have to pay my medical bills, pain and suffering, or loss, so what exactly did the insurance company have to pay, I'm still not sure. I know. Their commercial says they will not allow you to settle for less than you deserve that is not true at all. Joel was telling me what he knew I wanted to hear but truly he was working for the insurance company not me, he told me an amount that sounded really good to me at first, and when opposing counsel came back with a very low offer he convinced me to take it because he said I would probably not get anything at all if I went to court so I decided to just settle after over a year of waiting with no income whatsoever not being able to return to work due to the injuries I sustained where I drag my foot. In my line of work it would be dangerous. My career, where I had four more years to retire with full benefits ended , I had to settle for half of my benefits because as an iron worker it would be dangerous and also there is no light work so basically my career was over. He also did not try to get me any workman's comp benefits at all I had zero income for over a year. I highly do not recommend McDivitt Law!. They are shysters.
Overall oversee , by mcdivett law firm , is a great thank you , and legal aid request by me , and law firm oversee , is very good disission to make , if and when found required , thank you mcdivett law firm and all ... danny
