Don't go anywhere else ... I went to Tesco first but concerned they hadn't picked up an issue so booked in at McCormick's they spotted the YSG Capsulotomy straight away and made an immediate referral to Spamedica.

From my emergency appointment to see Optician Zahra I received fantastic support and care. Zahra fast tracked me to James Cook emergency eye care unit where I was diagnosed with 3rd nerve palsy eye. Thankyou so much Zahra for your help. Would highly recommend this Opticians and Zahra.

Zahra was welcoming and friendly and put me at ease. She explained what she was doing and why it was important to look at the back of the eye. She asked about my past eye history and was very thorough in my examination. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zhara for an eye test.

Joseph Watson my visit to MCcormack Gorman billingham was very good my option Zahra bourenane took her time with my eye test as I had eye surgery a month before and was still recovering Zahra did not rush me and after my eye test every thing was fine Zahra and the staff are very good at there jobs I am very happy MCcormack Gorman is my optician thank you sorry that I spelt optician wrong above thank you Zahra

So glad I chose this optician to have my eye test done. The team were very welcoming and helpful and supplied me with a very stylish pair of glasses needed for driving. It's great to have a local optician within walking distance from home and I'm glad I acted on my neighbour's personal recommendation.

I heartily recommend James the inhouse Audiologist if you are having problems with your hearing and/or too much wax in your ears. He will take you through an examination and test with sensitivity and clear explanations and put you at ease and carefully go through what your options may be.
