These guys are absolutely brilliant, I had the issue with my head unit in a constant reboot loop then lines down the screen in my 2015 Mercedes C220 W205, Mercedes dealership were not interested in fixing the issue untill they did a diagnostic costing £130 even though I knew what the issues was they were unwilling to give a cost for repair, MBCoders are not local to myself but I sent the head unit to them and they fixed it instantly and returned it to me the next day without an upfront cost or diagnostic, I highly recommend these guys
Excellent service, highly recommended. The software update was completed in about 30 minutes, including disassembly and assembly of the unit. Not only fixed the problem with unit itself, but also got rid of the message that kept popping up on my screen every 10-15 seconds while driving: "Collision prevent Assist Plus inoperative." It significantly improved driving comfort, and additionally, features that for some reason weren't working before the update such as answering phone calls etc. now work flawlessly. It's worth mentioning that the Mercedes dealership quoted this repair at £1,300...
I’ve had 2 upgrades completed by Mehdi and on both occasions he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and uncompromisingly professional. Both upgrades have made the car so much better and hopefully MBCoders have more enhancements for the car. Highly recommended. Upgrades were for my Mercedes CLS, a 12” Carplay screen and 12 colour ambient lighting pack.

Very professional, efficient, and customer friendly company. I couldn’t get a firmware update or CarPlay activated on my 2016 MB E400 at my local MB dealer or a number of so called MB specialty shops in San Diego,CA. , USA. I was about to give up and purchase a Chinese Linux car play screen for $250-$300 and disassemble the head unit when I found MBCoders on eBay. I purchased an Enet OBD2 RJ45 Ethernet Cable - 6.6ft/2M, RJ45 Connector, OBDII Interface, Car Diagnostic cable from Amazon ( $14),downloaded the necessary files to my laptop from their website in advance, and called them on WhatsApp to make an appointment. Despite the 8 hr time difference, we were online doing business on a Saturday evening in the UK within an hour of my call. Everything went on very smoothly and I now have an updated firmware and CarPlay activated in my car for $123. These people are amazing!!
