Ruined Fatherâs Day brunch - very poor customer service
Went to Mayurâs to get Jalebi, Gathia for Fatherâs Day. Very poor service. I asked for extra Dhokla when I was being served and the man behind the counter rolled his eyes. We had to queue up as they were busy. We donât know the man who served us but it was on 16th June 2024 at 11.20. Ruined our Brunch!!! We had asked for Chatni and Sambhro but wasnât there when we sat down to eat. Which meant I had to get off the dinning table to make Sambhro and Chatni and everyone had to wait.

We chose Mayur's to cater for our mendhi and wedding. The food was exceptional and the service was fantastic. They made sure all our guests were fed and put us at ease throughout the whole process. We would recommend Naranbhai and his team to anyone who needs delicious vegetarian food without onion and garlic. We needed an all vegan menu and he helped us with this too.

Charged me for khaman dhokla and they did not even put it in the bag with Gathia. I only noticed it missing when I opened the bag to have it as my dinner only to get disappointed. Check your purchase before leaving the shop as you can't trust anyone these days.

Dhokla was really nice in the shop, fluffy and soft. The Jalebi was stale, sold me left over Jalebi from the previous 2 days. Very disappointed being sold stale Jalebi, it was chewy in texture and not very tasty like we have had before. Won't buy Jalebi again from Mayurs again.

Mayurs catering did the food for my daughters wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and Naranbhai went above and beyond with the service. He even made a farsan that he has never made before and it was so good. Thank you so much, we will definitely be using Mayurs again

Mayur's food tastes bland. I recently ordered five thali's, bhajiya's and samosas for the family. The thali's were prepared quickly but the food was cold. The bhajiya's were oily and the samosas were dry. Food went in the bin.
I also went to a wedding which they catered for. The food lacked flavour and their puri's were dry. Seems like the cooking is rushed here and no effort is out into the cooking.
Having had poor experiences with them, I will not be ordering from them again.
