Parking and laundry pretty open, not crowded. Bathroom access with laundry card only, kids play place and comfy seats with plenty of tables to wait for your clothes to wash and dry. Laundry girl keeps the place clean.

I'm new to the area and gave Mays Laundromat 2 stars as they were not open at 6am as advertised, I called with no answer, and I waited until 6:15 before leaving to find another OPEN laundromat.

We understand how frustrating it was to arrive at 6:00 AM expecting our Citrus Heights laundromat to be open and then be unable to reach anyone by phone. Un asco el baño, ni siquiera hay papel. Afuera dice el letrero que abre de 6am-10pm, son las 6:37 y aun no esta abierto. En la entrada lateral para entrar con la tarjeta hay homeless que bloquean la entrada. Lo unico bueno es que funcionan las maquinas🫣 The bathroom is disgusting, there isn’t even any toilet paper. The sign outside says it’s open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., but it’s 6:37 and it’s still not open. At the side entrance where you’re supposed to use your key card, there are homeless people blocking the entrance. The only good thing is that the machines actually work. 🫣

I used Mays to help a friend who was overwhelmed with laundry. They picked up during the agree upon window time and returned the next day. They are very responsive to texts and you get text updates from them as well. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything!
