One of the worst packers and movers in the industry.
Their quote is very high. I thought that their services were high because of price, but poor poor service.
Once after receiving the payment and parcel, Maxwell team never attend any call and rarely reply to messages.
Irresponsive team.
My parcel came with damaged box.
Delivery guy didn't deliver to my home. I got call from post office to collect the parcel.
Don't go with Maxwell. You'll waste your time and money.
This is my honnest review, It is better to go with AGARWAL Packers and Movers. 100 time better service than these people.
I recieved my household on 26th March and reported my issue on 30th March. They said issue reported very late and no more further process on it.
I reported the issue regarding, the broken/damaged item to these people, these people are found careless on the issue raised.My bike from brake lever got teared completely and as I followed up to these people, to provide me reimbursement for the broken bike front brake lever, they are giving me Rs. 200 as my bike brake lever cost is Rs1100.
It's been 15 days, no solution from Maxwell Relocations. Some one from Maxwell should monitor this kind of response and behaviour from their employees.
Mr Deshmukh and Sunil these two guys were completely unethical on the communication. Rude behaviour and communication on the phone call.These people telling me I should report the issue on the day of household recieved lablab thing....
Complete disappointment....

Very satisfied with their services. The packing at Mumbai was done carefully and delivery was as per their commitment. Mr.Ramesh Kumar & Team did an excellent job during unloading and arranging the items in Chennai. Appreciate their professionalism and team work.
